Had an excellent lunch time meal during the very busy lunch time. Place was full. Located in the tourist area. Food was excellent, service was excellent. Prices were average for the area. Had the wild boar sauces with mash. The lamb was also great.

My husband and I wanted to stay the night in London following a concert at Wembley. The next day we had booked a Royal Afternoon Tea at The Shard. This hotel (more B & B really) was both affordable and a good location to the elephant and castle tube station. It was clean and comfortable but very basic. They were...

At first they tried to give me a room with a bathroom outside the room claiming it is still a prvate bathroom. When I said that I will complain about at booking.com they changed my room. The breakfast was just packed stuff nothing hot (not even eggs) at all. The staff was not friendly. I dont recommend you to stay...

I visited the Hampton Court Palace in the spring (April) and all of the spring flowers are blooming - tulips and narcissus. The gardens are really spectacular. Inside the palace is also very impressive. The Palace is very easy to reach via train from the Waterloo station in London.

Hotel is above what seems to be a derelict pub. Man on reception rude. Dirty smelly horrid place. Carpets Freighing. When I got to the room it was all of the above and worse. Wallpaper hanging of mouldy walls. Paintwork chipped and dirty AND BLOOD ON CARPETS SKIRTING AND WALLS . Neither myself or my daughter felt safe and went...

Pros: - Not expensive and within the budget. - Clean - Friendly staff Cons: - Bed mattress was not good at all, I couldn't sleep all night - Break fast is only from 7:00 to 9:00...

On arrival the hotel looked old and uncared for, the woodwork hadn't seen a coat of varnish or paint in years. Inside the carpets were worn and frayed and after check in we had to carry our own bags upstairs ourselves. The room had brown damp stains in the ceiling and on the bedside table lamp-shade. The toilet sounded like...

We only booked it to have shower because our boiler was broken. Price wise is ok but the decor is extremely outdated. Good points despite being ancient it was clean. I had white socks that was still white after walk. Bad things - horrible water pump noise all night long. Heating not working. And horrible horrible decor. If hotel reads...

Very Large room, great price, found a parking space close to hotel as long as you move for 8.30am. Breakfast was self serve, cereals, toast, croissants etc. If you are a family visiting London or a group of workers on a budget its fine, my room had a double bed and two singles with plenty of room.Bathroom needed a bit...

Terrible hotel in the middle of a housing estate in an unsafe area. Graffiti on the front of the hotel. Rooms were very shabby, door in room didn't close properly, the staff were unfriendly (bar the older man at reception) Out of date boxes of cereal for breakfast & a toaster that didn't toast. Only plus was the bed was...
