Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Unfriendly staff. Breakfast room is inaccessible (not told when booking). Was sat down at breakfast to clean cutlery and used napkins on the sideplates. I've attached a photo of the bathroom which gives an indication of the standard of a double room. Woken up by early morning building works that shake the front of the building (not...

Stayed for a couple of days when in London for work, straight forward hotel, clean basic room with a bath and shower, free evening meal was welcome and breakfast buffet was good. Would stay again next time in in the area.

Within walking distance to central London and Kings' Cross St Pancras this hotel offers nice but basic rooms. Breakfast was also nice but basic and on a busy morning you'll have to be prepared to queue for a while before getting a table. Staff is friendly and helpful.

All of 10 minutes walk from the Eurostar terminal and a nice looking building. Big upgrade to the reception area going on but no impact on our sleep. Breakfast basic but really good value room for location.

The room we were given at the front had a bow window and a nice view of the square. It was clean but the beds are too small and uncomfortable with only one flat pillow each. Some of the reception staff were unable to smile on greeting us and were unhelpful, one of the room cleaners rolled her eyes and...

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and to be honest we would not look for another hotel in London. The location is fantastic, you are in the heart of the city with one stop from Kingscross and a couple from Picadilly. The hotel overlooks a lovely garden where you can go for a breath or...

Booked in for bed and breakfast. Breakfast is good quality and staff efficient. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Disco in basement is too loud to sleep. I'm a good sleeper but it is impossible to sleep. I would warn anyone hoping to get any sleep to get another hotel. I wouldn't book this hotel again.

This is an excellent location and a budget-friendly hotel that offers a lot of bang for your buck. Staff are friendly, rooms are cozy and clean and you simply can't beat the location. The amenities are above average for a budget hotel including breakfast, two restaurants and a nice lobby bar.

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighbourhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
