Regular visitor, always staff helpful, food good selection. Rooms adequate, clean and fresh at all times. Convenient for central London shopping. British Museum close, Very good value, especially weekends. A warm welcome assured.
We stayed in a twin room with opening window on 7th floor.
The decor was a bit tired in places but it was very clean & perfectly adequate for us - a very good room for the cost of it which included breakfast.
