I am sorry that your room was not available immediately on your arrival - it may be that the particular room type you requested was not available, groups will be pre-allocated specific rooms in close proximity whenever possible.

Sorry your expectations were not fully satisfied - I hope that you brought the matter of the bath tap to the attention of the staff.

Situated a short distance from the lovely Russell Square café, and a shortish walk to Covent Garden. The staff were always welcoming and helpful. The hotel and room was ideal and had excellent access for my wife's mobility scooter. A lovely stay.
