I made a reservation from Heathrow Airport and the charge was 200 Pounds for a nights stay. The location was excellent with walking distance to most of the Central London attractions including Trafalgar Square. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free and smooth and the security staff were very friendly and always keep a smile! Being a hotel charging 200 Pounds a...

This was a very good Hotel in a pretty good location for British museum, Bloomsbury and Leicester Sq. etc. Lovely swimming pool in the basement. My only gripe was the cost of the breakfast £23 ea. which we wouldn't pay on principal. So we went to the café opposite the British museum entrance and got a huge breakfast with orange...

Let's start from the beginning shall we... My partner booked this hotel on last minute.com it was down as a secret hotel that had a pool and spa so we thought why not. Arrived at around 4 o clock and got checked in nice and quickly and handed our room keys. Our room was 214 on the second floor which...

Summary: The worse place we stayed during our trip to London. I will never stay at any Grange Hotel after this. If you think paying a lot will guarantee a clean bathroom/room, this place will politely prove you wrong. Cons: Let me start with the fact that I had to clean blood off of the toilet in the room we...

Stayed over for 4 nights with my friend and daughter in an executive room which had 2 double beds, a large sofa and 2 chairs. I asked for a quiet room and got room no 802 which was the quietest room I have ever stayed in so far. It was at the very end of the corridor with only emergency...

I've stayed here before, and it is getting better. I don't think it's 5 star, more a good 4 star. But old and tired in terms of decoration. But that's not a massive issue. Well located. Staff very very efficient, which is not always the case in London. Bed was a little cheap. But was excellent value. I will return.

I arrived at the Grange Holborn Hotel on Saturday 11th July a little early so the room wanted yet available so we decided to go into London for the afternoon. After a bit of site seeing, we arrived back at the hotel to check in around 4pm and we were provided with the keys for the two rooms purchased. Upon...

This stay was for my Mum's 84th birthday. The receptionist wished her 'Happy birthday' on arrival, gave us a room upgrade, followed by the arrival of a mini birthday cake in the room. That's what I call thoughtful and simply great service. The room, as we have found in the past, was spacious, very comfortable beds and pillows. Staff are...

No problem and we were checked in straight away and free to spend a few hours exploring our favorite bits of Covent garden and the soiuth bank all within easy walking distance. On arriving back...

Neighbourhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
