We went there during Christmas holiday and we stayed for 5 nights. Our decent size room was located on the 8th floor so we didn't have any problem with noise. The bathroom was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very helpful and polite. The room was cleaned daily and it was spotless. I would definitely recommend using...

I stayed at this hotel for 2 night December 2014 staff were so helpful always willing to help - taking our bags and ordering us taxis. The rooms were cleaned daily to a great standard, the décor could do with a bit of updating though. Great location if you've got a few places to visit around London! I would defiantly...

Stayed in one of grange hotels in london this is the third one of the group that we have stayed in. The grange hotel holburn ... Very tired looking hotel compared to the St. Paul's and tower bridge grange. On the fifth floor small bedroom I felt that the bathroom door was so close to the bed if the door...

We booked the hotel for 2 nights on the secret 5 star hotel on a well known website. It is not a 5 star not by any stretch of the imagination. That said I think it was good value for the location which is a 10 minute walk to Covent Garden and 20 to St. Pauls. There isn't a lot...

Thank you for your review. We are pleased you found the hotel to be of good value. You can walk to Covent Garden in approximately 10 minutes for a huge selection of restaurants if you do not like those in Southampton Row. Sicilian Avenue just a minute walk away also has nice restaurants, you can even sit outside under the...

I stayed between xmas and new year. A good central location, great staff and service. There was three of us, we had 2 queen size beds, that were clean and comfortable, the room was very spacious and clean, as was the bathroom, with all the nice extra's, breakfast was good and so were the bar facilities. A good place to...

The hotel as a whole is great, the staff are friendly and helpful the services are great (bar/room service/gym/spa/free wifi). It does need a revamp though as the rooms are very dated (the bathroom was nice, but the bedroom look very old - with dated mini bars and tube tv's). We weren't in the room all that often and the...

We stayed in the Grange Holborn Hotel over Christmas on a secret 5* late room for £100. The hotel is in great location (literally around the corner from Holborn tube station) which has great links to Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Oxford Street. On check in we were given a complementary upgrade which was great. The room itself was an...

Superb location but what a let down inside for a 5*! Walked into our room to find a light flickering and big bright yellow stain on carpet, also marks on bed throw, only stayed one night so didn't bother raising the issue. Everything looked so dated. Surprised at lack of complimentary water and also no turn down service. Also had...

Thanks to the amazing staff here all trying to help all the time. Swimming pool an amazing treat room really comfortable, the bed so comfortable, the bag store at the end of our stay was a truly well thought out bonus as it saved us lugging them around London after we checked out but where able to pick them up...

Neighbourhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
