I checked in late on March 8th and had to finish some work before checking out early on March 9th. The room I was originally booked into didn't have the strongest wifi connection (although in the public areas the wifi is great) and after speaking to Gloria, she was super nice and accommodating and changed my room to one that...

Stayed here as a stop over for a weekend planned in London. The only good thing I can say is that's it central and in a great location. The shower fills up when you use it! If you fill the sink and then empty it it back at up out of the shower plug! Hole in the carpet, burn holes...

My boyfriend booked this hotel for valentines weekend, first time in London and we weren't looking a thing too expensive! This hotel done the job. Rooms were tiny and abit dated although we only wanted it to get changed and sleep in. Breakfast was included and I had read reviews that the orange juice served was cordial orange. My boyfriend...

The hotel is in a fairly good location, less than 5 minutes walk from Paddington station. The staff were friendly and I liked that they had electronic key cards and elevator access. My main issue was that the wifi never worked. Also, the bathroom was very small and not 100% clean when I arrived. The continental breakfast was ok but...

Booked this hotel on last minute.com as we just need a family room for the night in London. At £98 for all four of us you can't complain! Located a short walk from Hyde Park and in a sweet row of terraced hotels. Gloria behind reception was friendly and only too happy to help! The room was simple, small and...

The hotel was OK and the price was very good for London. The location is very good, close to Paddington Station, Hyde Park and Oxford Street. A simple breakfast was included in a very small breakfast room. The staff was effective though, and there were available tables because they cleaned swiftly after someone had left and always refilled the buffet.

The hotel itself is situated in a great area of central London, and very close to Paddington station and the circle line and airport trains. Rooms in the hotel are ok are best. Ours was very noisy, from the street and other guests. They are also very cramped and don't offer much besides a bed, cupboard and desk. The shower...

Stayed here earlier on this week for a couple of nights. Location is great, close to Edgware Road and Paddington, as well as close to Hyde Park. Service was good, staff were always pleasant when checking in/out and passing through. Small hotel.. which means the rooms are pretty small. One plug socket per room. Bathroom was tiny, and the shower...

The room was small but the beds were perfectly comfortable. The location was excellent for central London. However, the bathroom was very small (and the shower door could really have done with a deep clean). However, there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, something I have never come across before. Also, be aware that you get...

This hotel is ideally situated for access to Paddington Station and the Heathrow Express. The welcome is efficient but cold and don't expect the staff to hold the door open while you struggle to take your suitcase out. It's in the long line up of hotels in Sussex Gardens which I expect are all pretty much the same - conversions...
