I have no complaints whatsoever about Europa House. It is old and tired but to me that's what adds to the charm of this lovely little hotel. We were able to store our luggage when we arrived very early from the airport and when we were checking out. Management was kind, polite and friendly. The room we stayed in is...

After viewing the hotel website, I chose this for its family friendly focus. Also for the air-conditioning, free WiFi, triple room (3 single beds - one each for me, my 14 yr old daughter and my 11 yr old son), en-suite and easy access. Not so. 3rd floor attic room, double bed and a single. Very disappointed to find everything...

My room was very clean, comfortable, actually quite roomy for a single, and with a newly-installed shower room - certainly as good as any room I've had in much more expensive hotels in the UK - so would definitely recommend for anyone travelling to London and looking for somewhere affordable and yet relatively nice to stay. I received conflicting information...

This hotel in Paddington is in a great location. A few minutes walk from the station with plenty of cafes and pubs nearby. Hyde Park is 5 minutes away and west end theatres a short taxi ride. Better still, a 15 minute walk takes you to the center of Oxford Street. Rooms are clean albeit a bit tired. However a...

Ideal location not far from Paddington train and tube station and Kensington &Hyde Park .The hotel was basic but clean and functional with very friendly and helpful staff .Would recommend if you were in need for a short London stay .

Arrived to a nice welcome on reception, but sadly, it went downhill from there. Our room was on the fifth floor, no lift, and as one of my friends was heavily pregnant, I carried both suitcases up all five floors. Needless to say, I needed oxygen by the time we got into our rooms! The ensuite bathroom was smaller than...

Rooms are so small it makes it extremely difficult to open your suitcase and move around the room. There is no fridge or safe in the room we stayed in. We also asked for a extra pillow to which the receptionist advised my partner he would bring it up. 45 minutes later still waiting for a pillow to arrive so...

Worst hotel ever....struggled with 3 bags while reception sat and watched me, in fact he was watching the soccer! Paid for room with breakfast but was told because I was checking out before 8 am there is no breakfast. Asked for continental breakfast pack and they delivered 2 slices of dry bread with butter to my room. The room is...

Situated in an ideal location close to Paddington, this little hotel is a great place to stay if you want to be close to anything in the city when you're just a tube/Uber ride away. We found a very warm welcome, helpful advice and an extremely clean and well presented room with everything we needed - hair dryer, double bed...

“Power socket broken by bed. No proper air-conditioning. Fan provided was broken. Kettle lead not long enough to reach socket. Toilet seat broken. Dilapidated furniture. Curtains coming off the rail. Very very hot room, up on 3rd floor. Breakfast room down in the basement. Limited continental breakfast - felt like every cornflake was counted! Nasty ham and plastic cheese. ”
