This is our 4th stay at The Parkwood. Central London, great staff, room has everthing for a short stay in London. In addition the breakfast is hearty and the location/ atmosphere is fantastic. We regularly visit family in Ireland but the trip is not complete without a visit to London and a few nights at The Parkwood.

Location makes this hotel its best value. Nearby to tube & bus lines, only 2 blocks. Request rooms #9 or under; rooms above that are on upper floors are via narrow, steep stairs, no elevator. Tidy, clean. Good for 2 or 3 nights. Nice staff, accommodating. Small hotel. Breakfast adequate. For a London hotel, nearby ones are priced much higher...

Would like to extend a big thank you to the staff. My grandfather got sick on holiday and the staff where so helpful and helped us take control and organise help. It is a great place near the hustle and bustle breakfast every morning in a traditional London house. Would highly recommend and for myself if I ever come back...

I enjoyed my stay at Park Hotel. It was a great central location for sight seeing. I felt safe in the neighborhood and walking in the park. It's a bed and breakfast and they're not fancy but they're good, friendly, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was excellent - more food than I could eat. There was some noise on the street...

Easy walking through Hyde Park to Buckingham Palace, Churchill War Rooms and Apsley House (Duke of Wellington Museum. Excellent breakfast - full English or your own requests. Rooms clean with modern ensuite full bath/shower . Caution! No...

Hyde Park was literally steps from the front door. The staff was very nice and helped as with all requests. The staff preparing breakfast was a bit put out that we came down early -- although we did not ask for hot meals. The rooms were fine. Smallish. It was a great spot for a couple of nights to tour...

Lovely quaint little budget hotel. We wanted to be as close to the main attractions as possible and you can't get closer than the parkwood. Hyde park is across the road, and the top of Oxford Street is 5 mins away. The hotel manager is a delightful Welsh lady by the name of Gail and along with her staff they...

Absolutely lovely hotel in a great, central location. Staff were amazing, really friendly, professional and couldn't do enough for us. Really well managed. Gorgeous breakfast too and already booked a return trip with my children. Close to lots of attraction at the top of Oxford Street and opposite Hyde Park.

Hello, This is the second time we went to Parkwook for the week-end (2 nights). The first time I wrote : "Very good value Hotel at Marble Arch" Things have changed... Breakfast is now from 8 am to 9:30 am, even on Sundays. I think the check out is 11 AM. You must know that this hotel has no elevator....

I feel that we have slipped up with this booking. Amelie has stayed with us before and liked the Parkwood enough to want to come again. In making her booking she specified the particular room she wanted but the room was already taken by another guest. When this happens we would normally, before confirming the reservation, check first that the...
