This hotel has a great location, both for tube stations and the Royal Albert theatre. The reception staff were delightful. The lobby etc was spotless , as was our room. The bed was very comfortable. Couldn’t fault it for what we needed. The only thing was the breakfast. We were down at 7.30 am and oddly enough the cooked items were hardly warm, you really need to address this as it wasn’t pleasant. I wouldn’t do breakfast again unless you did. The continental selection was adequate and fresh. Easy check out and great walks up to Hyde Park and Kensington park. Would definitely do this hotel again.

Great place to stay. Kensington, Westminster is really nice. Good food, parks and things to do. This hotel is only 9 min walk from the Tube. Very convenient. Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was spacious for three of us and clean. Service was great. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for three nights as a City break to London and attend a concert at the Toyal Albert Hall. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. They had a genuine concern for their customer service, and nothing was too much trouble. We had a superior room which seemed to have been newly refurbished with a superr modern en-suite, large bed and good room size. I would disagree with a previous comment that the hotel was a 'bit tired'. I would say it was immaculate throughout. Very convenient location for RAH and all the museums.

Not quite sure how to rate this hotel. In some ways it is a little tired and not a luxury hotel - there are others nearby that fit that bill. Hence rated as average. But it was very comfortable, staff are lovely and the breakfast was great crowned by being asked if I wanted red sauce or brown sauce. In another hotel I have been looked at with disdain for asking for brown sauce. So for what I needed, a bed to sleep while I was at RAH, and an iron, it was great and I would use it again. By the way I had a club room which has plenty of space in the room and bathroom. For those complaining about room size this is clear in the descriptions. And currently it is an assisted buffet breakfast with masses of choice and what I had was very good.

Stayed in one of their new family rooms, it was really spacious and clean. Beds were really comfortable. The bar was lovely, the bar tender (who’s name we didn’t catch) was great- would recommend the mojito. Marissa made us feel really welcome.
