The room is too small and have backup sewer smell. The shower stall is way too small,It is not a very clean either. My room was quite at night, but my family's room was very noisy from the people in the street . Location is good, very close to the London underground.

The room was very nice, and knowing that London is a very old city, and space is a premium, we expected smaller rooms than in the U.S. The hotel is located in a Victorian home, and so rooms must fit into pre-existing construction. Everyone was extremely nice and room was very clean. We stayed 3 days and were close to...

We spent three very good days in London and we recommend the Lord Jim Hotel if you go to visit London with your family. Lord Jim Hotel is in a central area of London and you will have all the advantages in a quite cool district.

Nice small room. The bed was comfortable enoug, but the noice coming from the other rooms was quite unpleasant. The rooms should be made a little more "soundproof". The water in the shower was also way too hot and there was nothing to do about it... On the other end, the staff is very welcoming and helpful, which is definitely...

Hygiene is a huge issue. The washroom stinks and the bed sheets are not washed properly. Though service is excellent. In general, the overall quality is average given with the price range. Suitable for short stay.

The hotel's location is perfect. It takes just 3 minutes walk to the underground station, two stops to Kensington Palace. Very close to the National Museum, the Science Museum, Albert hall and Harrods. Very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommended!

Staying in London is expensive. This place is adequate and conveniently located really close to the Earl's Court tube station, which gets you to central London on the Piccadilly line pretty quickly. Can't say anything negative about the service, the place is just a bit worn down.

At a significantly lower cost than London Travellodges or Premier Inns, our expectations were not unrealistically high for The Lord Jim. On the plus side, it's conveniently located just 200 metres from Earl's Court tube, there was plenty of hot water in the shower, the supplied shower gel and shampoo were of good quality, a kettle and tea & coffee...
