We stayed here last weekend for 2 nights in 2 rooms (4 people). We think the hotel offers good value for money. Location is good, it's around the corner of the British Museum. Rooms look nice. I'd ask for a room on the garden side because the street side can be very noisy (which it was our first night, the...

Pleasant surprise to get an upgrade and what a lovely room. High ceilings and full length windows. Quiet location and good views from my first floor window. Beautifully appointed room with only the very small bathroom as a negative. However, it was still a well appointed bathroom that was well maintained My first visit here but I'll be back.

Hotel team were very courteous and friendly and very helpful, and the hotel is in a great location very close to euston station, as we were on a business trip. The breakfast room is small but cosy enough to be comfortable, and enjoy a quiet delicious breakfast even that there is not much of a variety but the full english...

I say surprising as it is quite hard to find a decent hotel in London which is affordable. I as pleasently surprised by this hotel. I got a really nice room which view into the garden (very quiet) . I will give it another try to see if other rooms are as nice as well. Will be back.

I am writing this from my room in this hotel at 2am. This is my second night here and I am on business. I am tired and at this point a little hacked off, knowing I will feel shattered tomorrow. The room itself is very small but manageable for one (it is a double room though). The room is very...

This is the second time I have stayed at the Grange White Hall (and third with their hotel group). Clearly I am a fan of theirs for a few reasons. Their workers are really nice and helpful. The White Hall is located on a street that backs up to the mammoth British Museum. It is a fabulous QUIET location- 10...

The Grange hotels have a selection of hotels in the area. All 4 or 5 stars This one is in a fantastic location, our room on the third floor overlooked the British Museum. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from two tubes and and a ten minute walk into the centre of London. The room itself was a good...

Unfortunately my review isn’t going to show this hotel in the best light, but it is honest. My wife and i recently stayed at this hotel and its safe to say that we were less than impressed with the time that we spent there So most people like to know the negatives, so we’ll dive straight into them. On entering...

Love staying here, very central, friendly staff and the amazing British Museum is literally a stone's throw away. Love the full English breakfast and the warm rooms. Only downside could be the windows facing the street and if you keep them open. Overall a great place to stay in!

The lack of double-glazed windows makes the room very cold in winter. Bathroom window does not close fully! Someone even tried to stick paper in the gaps so that no cold air could come into the room. Rooms are very small and they even have rooms in the basement/cellar, which they euphemistically call lower ground. UK/London hotels and infrastructure are...

Neighbourhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
