Hired the Drayton for a 40th birthday party. I don't normally bother to leave reviews but the team were superb and everything was just done. Once they knew what I wanted they were very proactive and the service was second to none. They even sourced some drinks specially! We had the hog roast which was excellent and got great feedback...

We had business in Surrey on Friday so decided to make a weekend of our trip and stay in London Friday and Saturday night. I used to live around the corner from The Drayton Court so knew the area well. The price for two nights was excellent value, the fact that there is free parking for residents was a bonus...

Had a Sunday roast here today. Awful. Veg was soggy and stale, roasts underdone, meat really tough. The gravy was basically just brown water. All for the princely sum of £16!!! Save your money and go all manner of better places in Ealing.

Really sorry to hear you had a bad experiance with our Sunday roasts, our roast are normally to a very high standard as we take pride in the food we serve. I will speak with the Chef to make sure this doesn't happen again. If you would like to disscuss this matter further please feel free to call me on...

Great boutique hotel, recently refitted to a high standard in the bar and restaurants areas. The rooms exude class and style and treat yourself to a suite as the slipper baths and double showers are real delight. Exceptional team and a great location close to tubes.

We loved this hotel and the pub under our room! Plusses: - Located in Ealing, away from the worst tourist traps, we had a chance to see a little bit local life (shops, restaurants etc.) - Clean, friendly service - Nice pub downstairs, serving good local meals, very friendly staff Minuses: - Free wifi – irritating Fuller ads popping up...

Thank you for the review, glad you had a wonderful stay with us. As for the WiFi the Fuller's welcoming screen should only come up when you connect to it, sorry if that wasn't the case. We look forward to having you stay with us again soon. Kind regards, George

We really enjoyed our stay. It was in a great location near the train station and a grocery store. THe West Ealing train takes you directly to Heathrow, and to Paddington Station. From Paddington you can get anywhere in London. We found everyone who worked at the hotel to be friendly, and helpful. Our room had everything we needed, was...

We are tired for airport hotels and wanted a place to be quiet and pampered between flights. This hotel is perfect. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, the shower was amazing and the breakfast was stunning. Oh, did I tell you I liked it?

Having been a loyal customer for 12 years I've seen the Drayton slowly deteriorate. We have seen some nice new refurbishments...but the prices and quality of food/atmosphere is at an all time low. Today we went to watch the football (on their poor quality screens) and "enjoy" some snacks - unfortunately this was not the case. The mozzarella sticks were...

Stayed in the 'Hearts and Coronets' junior suite (room 12) for four nights while on business in London. I loved the room which is massive (especially for London) with a very, very comfortable super-king bed (twin beds zip-linked), a feature fireplace and a small fridge, bathroom was also massive with a separate shower, lovely bathtub in the middle of the...

Thank you for your review, glad to hear you had a wonderful experience with us.
