Partner and I stayed for two nights. Once we reached our room on the top floor having somehow made it up the seven flights of stairs we thought it was okay, just a simple bedroom with en suite as expected. Bed was comfy enough, wifi worked fine and tv had sufficient channels to watch when settling in for the night....

No heating, no wifi, no hot water, dirty. Breakfast served from 8h. Please do not go in this hotel. Just awful. Too expensive for what you get. I haven't been to such a place for a very long time. This is unacceptable

The room: + nice and clean - very small, the windows are broken, and the air comes in to the room. The windows can't open. Breakfast: - basically the breakfast is cornflakes, toast, jam and butter. - not very good. Service: - They messed up our reservation so we had to change room after our first night. The hotel: +Central,...

All in all had a pretty horrific experience, they have about 10 sets of stairs with no lift. The receptionist has a severe attitude problem, don't really know who he thinks he is but needs to bare in mind he runs a 2 star establishment so if he continues to speak to the guests the way he does I'm sure...

I did email using your online contact form but have had no reply as yet. I did mention that I would be sending in another separate email as I had two colleagues staying in your hotel who both were very dissatisfied with the facilities. So to avoid any confusion when you are addressing my comments I have combined both complaints...

Booked and paid for this hotel through last minute.com before researching and was dismayed after reading reviews here. Was dreading stay which was for theatre for my 40th birthday. I'm so happy that upon arrival was very pleasantly surprised. Location brilliant, spotlessly clean, fantastic shower, tv, wifi, for £74 inc breakfast in central London what more do you want?? Staff...

Rooms are very old. same pictures but I believe pics have been taken many years ago. Noisy inside the hotle. no open windows in my room with bird dirt in the glass. staff are ok, but didn't make for dirty hotel. location is good.

Location - Good, which is about the best one can say about this hotel! Room (No. 6) - 2m x 2m at best. No wardrobe - a small clothes rail with four sad-looking wire coat hangers instead. No space for suitcases at all, not even on the floor. Bed wedged into the corner so the person sleeping near the wall...

Pretty decent room for the price and location. Get what you pay for.. Ok for an over night stay, comfy and nice en suite. Only thing is the noisy floor boards and beds.. not to mention the noisy rocking beds above us.. but overall happy! 😊 Haven't had to use an transport as everywhere is so close.

Just avoid this hôtel. I am a frequent traveller and this has been my worse experience ever in an hôtel. Due to a last train cancellation I had to do a last minute booking via a very well known hotel booking website. They were advertising a customer satisfaction level of 6.3 out of 10. Not ideal but for one night...

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
