This hotel is quite small but the room is really big so that was a treat. Bathroom was really small. And barman certainly wasn't a barman and got confused about drinks and took a long time to get drinks. Great location as it's only 5-10min walk from Victoria station. Nice park to the rear of the hotel. Breakfast was extortionate...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 6 October 2016

Loved this hotel. Great location in central London. Old character building well kept up with new windows and patio door to very small balcony. Our room backed onto a park made it very quiet at night. Comfortable beds not very many rooms in a hallway which was very nice so not a lot of hall noise at night.

Stayed here on a 1 night business trip and was pleased with room and service. Located within easy walking distance of Westminster, Petty France etc and overlooking cricket ground. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and room was spacious and comfortable and rate was reasonable. Was a bit disappointed that only continental breakfast was on offer but that said, it...

This hotel was wonderful. I stayed 3 nights. It is strategically located in the center of London with easy walking to Westminster Abby, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, etc. yet it's on a quiet street away from sirens and trafic. Breakfast was included and awesome with so much food I didn't know what to choose. Wi-if is free and works great...

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights this week. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to help, the rooms were another matter. I paid for a superior single room and it was tiny, the dark brown furniture was really old fashioned and the paint around the window was peeling. The bathroom was even smaller I...

People actually live and work around here. There was a tailor down the street, a bookbinder across the way, and a Halal food market with gorgeous fruit about a block and a half away. We walked down to the Tate Britain and to Pret-a-Manger for breakfast and lunch, and ate at The Queens Arms (fabulous dinner). The concierge at the...

I found this hotel by luck on Trivago - I generally catch up with my daughter in Brighton and fancied a change of scene. Was surprised to find the cost cheaper than the standard hotel in Brighton bearing in mind its in the heart of Westminster. We arrived early before the standard check in time but were told our rooms were...

We had 3 people in our party so it was tricky trying to find a room that accommodated 3 adults. My tall, adult son was thrilled with his own double bed and we had a large queen. All the beds left little floor space, but we spent very little time in the room. Location was great - it is a...

We will never come back. Too expensive comparing other hotels in the area. Small rooms, not clean enough. Bathroom also quite tiny (couldnt open the door properly). Mention the kindness of the staff. They did really great. Close to Westminster.

Staying in Westminster

Neighbourhood Profile
Westminster
If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square, and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just up the road as well. As captivating as the architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are highlights of the area too. St James's Park (arguably London's loveliest), the expansive Green Park, and pedestrian friendly tree lined paths along the river showcase the exquisite manicure provided by English gardeners. Just beyond the landmarks and the gorgeous outdoor spaces, quiet residential squares and age old local pubs offer a more subdued take on this global seat of power in the heart of London.
