The hotel its self was very good and clean, but the lifts getting up to the receptions was rubbish...only three lifts and 10 floors makes the lifts really slow, you be waiting downstairs 10 mins before you can even get on a lift, then another...More
Stayed one night for ACDC concert at the Olympic stadium. Location is excellent. 10 minutes walk to gates at stadium and based at the Westfield shopping centre and transport links.

Great hotel ... But the SATNAV they text you is incorrect. If you have a SATNAV over 4 years old you'll end up in Hackney. It took us over an hour to get 6 miles. Constant telephone calls to reception to get the older SATNAV/postcode....More
Had a lovely stay at the premier inn. Easy check-in on line. Great room. Found the convenience of the hotel brilliant. Straight off underground into Westfields and literally into hotel next door. Overground directly opposite to Kings Cross etc, or use underground back into London....More
Just got back from staying here for 1 night, had a family room which was spotless! Lovely beds, cant fault it. Very quiet at night.

The room I had (304) was booked as a disabled room by my daughter and was certainly a KING sized, but rather warm and musty. The lighting ,i found ,was very subdued and depressing but my son said I was moaning! LOL
