We last visited in 2013 when although the hotel was as expected, the service in the restaurant was atrocious as it was massively understaffed. This time there were no waits at all with plenty of friendly and helpful staff. The only downsides were that we were on the 10th floor, which was fantastic, but the wait for lifts was a...

I can't praise the hotel enough, we stayed for my sister's wedding. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful; they put all the family together on the same floor as requested. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. The restaurant is lovely, and provide a varied menu. The breakfast was well worth the money, especially as children eat free!!! The position...

Comfortable and clean room as expected from a Premier Inn hotel. Added bonus of fabulous view from our 9th floor room of the Olympic Park and London skyline. I would definitely stay here again. Great transport links from Stratford and lots of choices of places to eat at Westfield. Staff very helpful and courteous.

George was very helpful, I think he must be train to become an estate agent agent, he was very enthusiastic about our cosy table. Joking apart he was very helpful, thank you George. Five minutes by train from St Pancras and a two minute walk from Stratford International makes this hotel convenient. Its a quiet location. Being above Westfield Stratford means you have access to everything you need for your stay. The views are amazing, especially from rooms 1-4. We paid £277 for a four night stay which is good value. As always...
