This hotel is exceptional - yes its new but the atmosphere is great, the staff friendly and helpful and for the midweek rate I was lucky enough to get it was unbeatable value too - I will definitely be returning and hopefully for a bit longer next time so that I can make use of the facilities

We only stayed 1 night and heard from others it's not the best. Our room looked fairly newly renovated and clean and tidy for the money we paid. Not much to do but that's not the hotels fault bad. Basic food but lots of choice. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this Travelodge. The staff were so very lovely and accommodating, in particular Shah whose customer service was above and beyond, thank you. I look forward to staying here again

Shah and Najm served me exceptionally well at the reception with a warm welcome. All staff members are polite and helpful, from the reception to the cafe. I stay here quite often, must say one of the best Travelodge's I have been to, wish they all were like that. Keep up the good work, guys!

We got the best customer service from Shah. He just literally upgraded our standard room to family room. And trust me the outside view from the room was beautiful. I really appreciate the service we got from shah. I really enjoyed my stay with Travelodge.

Had a lovely time staying here a couple months ago and came back as it was that good. Good location and lovely view of the O2 Arena. Tube station in a 2 min walk and coffee shops nearby too! Shoutout to Shah - was very welcoming and polite! Strongly recommend to those looking to stay in London for a reasonable price.

Amazing service upon arrival as I was greeted by Shar at reception. He was very helpful and allowed me to choose my room floor. Any queries I had he was able to solve them for me which made my stay 10/10

This hotel was great value for money, especially when compared to other similar places. It was worth the 20 min trip out of London on the DLR - it was clean, quiet & relaxing with professional & welcoming staff.
