rooms are looking dated, looks like they have given up with the move on the agenda.
single beds very small, quilts just about fit, rooms cold if heating not working, ( called twice to have fixed, still waiting )

Great location for getting to the o2 etc - short walk away from the tube station - great view of the pitch, rooms are fine and the breakfast was very nice.

Staff were very poor and highly unorganised. Many areas, like the breakfast room, were dirty and there was lots of rubbish outside. The security on the door on match day are very rude and you are barely allowed inside the door of the hotel even...More
Firstly when we arrived there was no one on reception,so after quite a long journey had to stand around waiting for about 10 minutes before someone came to book us in! The guy who booked us in was nice enough, and apologetic for the wait....More
