Stayed at the hotel for one night, the room was very basic and run-down.the shower leaked everywhere, the wallpaper was peeling off everywhere, the room had a dirty unhygeinic feel to it. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the food in the players lounge was really nice. Off road parking is available.

The hotel is well priced for the quality of rooms, we found it to have nice and quick travel to the O2 for an event. By no means 5 star but for the money paid it's a good hotel. Breakfast is pretty good and the pitch side view is an absolute highlight.

We ended up here as we had a flight from London city airport on the sunday of the London marathon and all the other hotels were full or expensive. We paid £75 a night which was a good price. The hotel is inside west hams football ground and about a four minute walk from upton park tube station, ( 25...

This was a birthday present from my husband - bless him, he's an Arsenal fan!! We stayed in the Boleyn Ground with a view from our window overlooking the pitch! Fantastic value for money, lovely staff and a great breakfast. If you like football and/or support West Ham this is a must before they move. If you know nothing about...

Even if you are not a football fan you will be impressed with the view from your room over the ground. A stadium that seats 35000 and yet when you open your patio doors you feel the warmth of the stadium. Bobby Moore stand one end and Sir Trevor the next, its a great honour to be there. the rooms...

The hotel room itself was quite grubby and very tired (no resemblance to the picture they use), the floor had been cleaned but the wardrode doors and worksurfaces were covered in fingermarks. There was an empty beer bottle on the terrace directly outside the window. An electric heater had been put in the room, and the wallpaper was peeling of...

Hotel is located in the footbal stadium of West Ham United and close to the metro station. Breakfast is very good and rooms are done from VIP lounge for the football matches. In the area is nothing, so it´s a point for London visits. Rooms are clean, nice and good for 3 nights.

I didn't realise that West Ham Utd offered hotel accommodation but the location was very convenient for me as I had some meetings in the area. The club uses the hospitality boxes in the main stand as bedrooms and each room has a great view of the pitch and the inside of the stadium. It's quite surreal. Reception is the...
