Overall a very good overnight stay in London. Check in very quick with excellent reception staff.
Despite location very quiet and comfortable in my room with just the right amount of amenities for an overnight visit.

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel, simple check-in, rooms were clean, staff were friendly. Location is good, tubes, buses trains all close by. I had asked for rooms on a high floor and we got it. Would stay again.
Stayed here for three nights at the start of January. Rooms were cleaned daily, bed comfy and the breakfast was good.
Bars, restaurants and clubs all within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.
The western front of the edgy East End, Shoreditch is a perennially trendy haven for anything “street” – be it art, food, or fashion. With its handful of well connected transportation links dotting its perimeter, along with an ever increasing variety of shops, hotels, bars, and restaurants, it's easy to explore this trend-conscious and youth-oriented neighbourhood. There's a lingering post-industrial grit about
Shoreditch, but because it shares a border with “The City” financial district, the influence from its upscale neighbour can result in fascinating outcomes.

Hi Natasha unfortunately I cannot I didn't go to the arena. BUT based on what I can see you would need to go to North Greenwhich tube station on the Jubilee line for the arena. Old Street is on the Northern line.My best guestimate would be that it would take 20-30 minutes. does that help?
