1)First thing when we arrived we were told that we've got an upgrade for the room. 2)The location is AMAZING, 5min walk to the subway where you can get anywhere. (Airport, Piccadilly, etc). 3)Perfect English breakfast (made right away) 4)The staff we're helpful in every possible way. A great value for the money.

We visited the place in November this year (2016). The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was reasonable and nice and warm. The little kitchen corner was a practical addition to the room and good for teas and coffee. Lovely English breakfast was enjoyed by all. Given how expensive London can be this was great value. Would go again.

Great location, Piccadilly line from Heathrow airport to Earl's Court Station. Excellent connections with other parts of London, Piccadilly and District lines. Friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast. Hotel needs a refurbishment, but overall a good stay.

Fairly convenient for tube station. Good English breakfast, good coffee. My room was overdue for refurbishment but towels and bedding were clean and crisp. Overall, I rate it as adequate and quite reasonable value.

The location is great. 100 meters from Earls Court and within walking distance to Kensington. The area feels clean and safe and the staff in the hotel where very helpful. I booked a single room and ended up in a rather grotty room for the first night. I was expecting a friend to join me and asked for a better...

We were staying here to attend an event at the Royal Albert Hall. The hotel is a really short walk from the tube station and not very far from the Albert Hall. The room had everything you need and as others have mentioned there is a small kitchen with a hob, microwave and fridge. Tea and coffee is provided as...

Excellent location close to both Earls Court station (District and Piccadilly lines) and West Brompton (District Line and London Overground). A basic but comfortable room. Welcoming staff. Free wifi. Cooked breakfast. So no complaints (provided you are not expecting five star luxury!).

Very nice staff. Clean. Safe location. Everything you want. Needed directions for a football match and got ones from the staff, easier than guidebook suggested. And the English breakfast was good. Thanks to everyone!
