Stayed here for one night with my 8 year old son. I was taking him to watch the Chelsea v AFC Fiorentina game at Stamford Bridge. His first Chelsea match (as we're from Wolverhampton and it's almost impossible to get tickets). The hotel itself was perfectly located for us. Just 2 minute walk from train station. 10 minutes to Stamford...

Booked this as a last minute get away trip with the kids. The rooms were clean but a little dated. The showers / bath rooms were clean and tidy but again they really need a refrub. There was plenty of space with a wardrobe to put clothes away along with a dressing table and a few units. The thing that...

We came into the hotel from Winter Wonderland with happy faces but sadly those smiles of happiness turned upside down when we saw our room... Absolutely devistated the chandeliers looked like they had been mauled a threw up on. We looked outside to see what kind of 'brillint view' we had (despite the fact of the state our room was...

I am very sorry you were so unhappy and found the hotel "appalling" and am also sorry you felt no need to mention your problem at reception or to any member of staff during your stay, I have checked the audio CCTV at the reception desk for the duration of your stay from the moment of check in to the...

Depending on what your stay is for, this hotel will probably be a good choice if you need somewhere cheap and without bells and whistles to stay at. Don't expect luxury, but then again where would you with these prices in London? The place is small and developed vertically, with rooms usually featuring a mezzanine floor. I agree with what...

We stayed here during the end of June/Start of July this year during the heat wave. When we first checked into our room, one side of the wall next to the bed was covered in mould and the room smelled really bad. Somehow we managed to stay there the night as we had just been on the plane for more...

We were met by a lovely man on reception and a cat they call Victor Meldrew. We instantly felt at home and welcome. Our room was clean although a little tired but for the price I was very happy. The bed was so comfy We slept like babies except longer he he. Brek was great and the ladies serving were...

Wonderful location, very polite staff, clean room, delicious breakfast - that's the best choice for me. I explored London alone and I am very happy I chose BOKA Hotel. Cheap price is also a great advantage of BOKA.

You get the right location at a budget price at this hotel. A stepping stone from the entrance to Earls Court station. The hotel has a 24 hour concierge service with friendly staff at hand to deal with any situation you may have. My room was on the 2nd floor this visit and a little smaller than the room I...
