Awesome..... Clean, very polite and helpful staff, seating inside and outside for that little evening tipple and conversation. Highly recommend this hotel not cheap but then it is London, the only downfall is no parking at the hotel like most of London you have to park and then walk to the hotels

the single basic room I had booked was tiny and didnt have a toilet. i changed to a bigger room, which was still very small, very hot - despite quite cool weather outside - and very loud - it felt as though the neighbours were in my room, adn was awake most of the night. the tiny steep stairs and...

Stayed for 3 nights in room 20 ideal for us as we can manage stairs (60 in total) room was small but clean & serviced daily. Small double room but not a problem as it was just somewhere to sleep. Staff were great & extremely helpful. Location perfect & very quiet. Cant comment on Breakfast as we didn't eat there...

Myself and partner stayed here for 2 nights! Very basic but we weren't in the room very much at all.....just to sleep! Our room was very hot so had to rely on little fan provided. Toilet was in awkward position UNDER washbasin!? We are out for breakfast so unable to comment on what was provided. Staff were friendly.

I must start my review by saying the staff were very helpful and polite, I cannot fault them. As for the hotel it is showing its age. We had a twin room which was very small, about a foot distances between the beds. Beds were comfortable and clean. The room needs decorating very old fashion, not in a good way....

Stayed there last Monday. Found out to be cheapest "room with breakfast " in central London. Good budgeted hotel. Access to Paddington station and other central London places. One can stay and have a walk in the evening to near by places. Would book again if plan to visit next. Worth the pay. Few things to be sorted but one...

Young couple just for the night, excellent location and really nice room! Water in the shower could have been hotter, but the male and female on reception were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely return! P.s great breakfast simple

Amazing location and super cheap price. My room was basic, but had a TV, tea making facilities, a shower, a fridge and a nice view over other London properties. Staff are fantastic. I would happily come here again - I'm actually already considering making my next booking.

There was no washbasin in my room only a shower so I had to go to small toilet down a flight of stairs to wash my teeth where they had a wash basin. The bed felt lumpy as if mattress was well past its best days. No BBC stations on the TV.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable making it hard to sleep. there was no lock on the door which didn't make me feel very safe. the toilet made a loud noise after flushing hat went on and on until you moved it. good for one night if you are stuck.
