The positives: inexpensive, bus stop in front of hotel, tube station is 15 minutes walk, places to eat are close by. Negatives: heating unit was very loud I couldn't sleep, heating wasn't working so room was cold, the ladies who serve breakfast don't speak English and were rude, receptionists were also very very rude to me. I booked for 5...

The 'hotel' is not quite, but instead a series of different houses along the same road, with 'Hotel 65' as it's centre, containing the reception and Breakfast room. On arrival the receptionist was polite, dealing with my problem well when I discovered my room key-card wasn't working. My main concern was that my room was across the very busy road,...

The price is fair, but I got a room the size of Harry Potter's, with a hard bed and a window leaking air. The bathroom was fully renovated though, but the shower was the stupidest I've seen! Also, my room was an the other side of the street from the breakfast room. Something I would have want to know advance....

A lovely place. The room we stayed in was very nice, the bed comfortable, the tv easy to use. The bathroom had a few problems - toilet seat came off and the shower sprayed onto the floor of the bathroom - but was overall usable. It was a very enjoyable stay except for when we discovered we should not have touched...

I had been here before therefore I used to recommend it to all my friends visiting London. But my last visit was not very nice at all. The rooms were not very clean and the staff was rude (specially the two old ladies, the one in the reception and the one in the breakfast room). Obviously, I will not come...

I stayed at the hotel for seven nights. I would say that it was an excellent stay. I was in London for a conference and it provided me with an exceptional budget option. The location of the hotel is excellent and the staff is extra courteous plus they provide good English breakfast. Overall a I loved my stay here.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a weekend back in late November. It is a large complex of buildings on the same street. The room was a great size, bathroom was a little small but was still easy to use with a big shower. Friendly staff booking in and out but didn't get around to the breakfasts as we...

We booked two rooms with Hotel 65 relatively last-minute for a very good price. Our room was situated in a building just across the road from the main building and was very secure, requiring a keycard to enter. Rooms were clean and comfortable with an ensuite bathroom and had a small television. We were pleasantly surprised with how quiet the...

We paid £45 total for myself, my husband and my one year old to have an overnight stay here this week. Breakfast was included and all we needed! Juice, tea, coffee, toast and jams, cheese and croissants. They gave us a high chair for my baby and it was a well laid out, clean breakfast room with friendly and helpful...
