We stayed here for 2 nights in early April. Rooms very spacious and a very good bathroom. The hotel is 5 min walk from British Museum and the street is very quiet. All staff we had contact with was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was at the nearby hotel Clarendon, and this was a basic and ok continental type. This...

The bathroom was the size of a spare room. Quiet, which was amazing in central London. Staff lovely Room even had...

I pre-booked a room in the Buckingham Grange Hotel, but when I arrived there I was directed to the Portland Hotel, which is about 3 doors down the same street, or a couple of minutes walk away, and is a member of the same group of hotels. Apart from this minor annoyance, check-in was efficient, and the receptionist staff were...

It have a very different impression as I walked into the hotel. Small reception with an almost non-existent lobby. However the staff is helpful and makes one feel welcome. The room was the best part. A beautiful and grand bedroom with a small kitchen area of its own. My room overlooked the street and the whole town-house blocks. The food...

We stayed here after being upgraded from the Grange across the road!, seems everyone is. Room 102 over looked the main road, which is quiet, lovely big room with small kitchen area included and a good bath and shower included. Big bed which was comfortable. Breakfast we were told was out the main door and a hotel along the road,...

I booked at the Grange Lancaster and got upgraded to the Grange Portland (across the street). The room had it's own 3-piece bath, which was a nice perk. I had room 104, which overlooked the back of the building. It was a small room, high 12 ft ceilings, with a double bed pushed against the wall, but it was perfectly...

After a disastrous experience in a hotel across the road we found this gem of a chain of hotels. The hotel was warm and welcoming and the staff friendly and helpful. Our room overlooked the front of the hotel but we did not experience any noise from outside. The room was huge, with a queen sized bed, a sofa and...

Great location close to the action of the west end but in a quiet street. The rooms were actually quite big and spacious. It didn't feel like a generic hotel. Sadly no bar and breakfast served at the sister hotel, slightly inconvenient but you are told this pre booking. Helpful staff, clean and reasonably priced.
