I loved this hotel. It might be in ned of some refurbishing if you look closely - but there are so many positive things about it that these minor things didn’t bother me.
First - location. Five minutes from Oxford circus.
Second - room with...More
The room looks a bit a tired but the location is great, staff area very helpful and the location really nearby the restaurants, cafe, + Starbucks cafe few steps from the hotel and walking distance to oxford circus station.
Well to be honest , hotel management ls disappear at any time. Seems staff is not happy, 15.floor bar& restaurant is old furnished and not heated at this time . Room rates are expensive , you can stay at radisson blu with that price :)
The view was fantastic!

Ideal location. That's it's only redeeming feature. I can only assume positive reviews are from guests staying in refurbished rooms? The room I was checked into was dark, dank and really grotty and in need of immediate refurb. Grossly overpriced in this regard. The were...More

This sophisticated and sociable slice of Central London is a shopper’s paradise, offering the latest fashions, gadgets, and souvenirs. Fitzrovia is conveniently located between the major retail thoroughfares of Regent Street to the west and Tottenham Court Road to the east, with a handful of well connected Tube stations dotted around the area for easy transport. This neighbourhood is a favorite
among foodies as well, with an impressive number of quality restaurants, pubs, cafes and food shops vying for your patronage – especially along Charlotte Street and near Goodge Street Station.

This hotel has been saying for quite a long time that they have a programme of refurbishment planned. We stayed there in December and there was no evidence of it. Recent reviews on the hotel seem to suggest nothing has changed. Don't get me wrong the hotel is clean but very dated and definitely needs upgrading. However I feel the price reflects that and I would have no hesitation in staying ther again knowing all that as I feel the lower price is worth it. I would not recommend this hotel to you if you are trying to impress clients.
There are some some very few parking spaces outside the hotel, but not sure if they are for the guests. Would check with the hotel if you can park there before booking. Otherwise is you need to rely on finding street parking... More
