Hotel staff friendly and professional, check-in quick and easy. Whilst the standard room isn't a very big room it's well laid out and very well appointed with everything you need. It has a quality coffee machine as well as a kettle for tea and coffee making facilities. It has a fridge with water, safe, hairdryer (with nozzle), Iron and ironing board. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a large bath with toiletries supplied. The hotel is positioned in a great location, a short walk from St Paul's Cathedral and a 10 minute walk to the Theatre district and Covent Garden. Would thoroughly recommend.

On the spur of the moment, we decided to pop down to London. We booked directly with Apex over the phone with a really helpful lady who secured a good deal for us. The hotel is set back off Fleet Street, with the entrance being unobtrusive but welcoming. The staff are friendly and professional. We've been to this hotel a number of times and keep going back for very reasons!

Lovely stay. Very organised and helpful reception staff. Only downside noisy pipes when room next door showered..sounded like a classical singer which wasn’t great at 7am ☺️ But other than that a really great hotel.

The hotel is located well and within walkable distance of historical choices, restaurants and shops. The directions to the main hotel entrance was not easy to find and the Uber driver ended up dropping me across the street. I had to carry my luggage down a staircase without any assistance from hotel staff. For the basic price no breakfast or even coffee is included. The room could’ve been cleaner. It looks like maybe they did a quick touch up job rather than a detailed cleaning and I had to clean the surfaces I used first.

Would recommend, rooms are great and staff are lovey. Location great for theatre visit, hotel tucked away off so nice and quiet. Had a drink before heading out and bar staff couldn’t be nicer, it did get busy as we left so glad we got there early

A pleasant stay with good service. Staff go out of their way to support. The friendly atmosphere probably comes down to the friendly and helpful manager. The location is central in a nice quarter of London, walking distance from St. Paul's cathedral, shops and amenities. Would stay there again.

Stayed for three nights at the start of November 2022. The hotel is in a fantastic location on Fleet Street, and nearby many attractions and tube stations. The hotel itself is great, very clean, and very comfortable. The room had a balcony, which had a fun view looking west. I found the hotel very quiet, even though there were many people staying there, so getting a good night's sleep was no problem. Definitely would stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone coming to Central London.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Apex Temple. Staff were very polite. Bar area, restaurant, gym, bedroom were all immaculate. Location is great for walking to the sights and just minutes from Temple tube station.
