A quiet hotel on a quiet street just minutes away from the show I was working at at Earl's Court. For 59£ a night, I had a room with two single beds, my own bathroom with a bathtub, and breakfast. There was a nice feeling among guests. Everyone talked together at breakfast and in the lounge (the only internet access).... More

After reading the previous reviews I was a little worried about staying here. My colleague had booked the room without looking. I must say that for the money we paid it was more than adequate. Yes the rooms are dated and bedding in need of renewing but what do you expect when paying around £100 per night including breakfast in... More

Booked here with my family through company based in Cambridge using trading name of Discounted London Hotels (do not trust this company told me lie after lie when booking and have denied it all since!!!) However, the hotel is the worst I have ever stayed at, it is dirty, completely out of date, the facilities are shockingly poor, the food... More

Oh dear. This wasn't a very nice experience. Small room. No decor. Cheap white wardrobe. Folding wood chairs. No tea/coffee facilities - had to go down to dining room for cold coffee. Noisy occupant upstairs to me who was stomping around the room all night. Breakfast was dire and tol d I had to pay extra for orange juice -... More

Stayed one night in September 2009.. Cheapest place I could find in/near Kensington at short notice. Adequate, but in need of some cleaning and a coat of paint or two. Good breakfast in morning.

My two teenagers and I stayed eight nights at the Beaver Hotel while on vacation in London. We were in a ground floor triple room with three twin beds, private bathroom with shower, and small television. The room appeared very clean, especially the bathroom. The mattresses were hard but we got used to them. The bed sheets were clean, but... More

Hotel seemed nice, outdated but ok for what we wanted (a bed to sleep in). Room was big, no tea and coffee facilities in room but you can get free drinks from the bar. Breakfast was ok, but not a full english. HOWEVER woke up on the second morning and I was covered in bed bug bites! I counted and... More

This hotel is a nice, clean hotel on a quiet street conveniently located near Earls Court Tube station. The room we stayed in was clean although it was in need of updating especially the carpets and bed clothes. The breakfast was excellent. The staff are not very friendly but they are efficient.

Very dissapointing, rated as a three star, clearly less than this by standard, but show a 2 star on the front of the hotel. Location perfect for Earls Court, but rooms and generally the Hotel very poor. Rooms smelt, rooms not properyly clean, throws on bed need burning!! Not a pleasant experience, if you do have to stay would recommend... More

With the first night debacle at the Holland Inn, we were walking past & asked to look at a room. The rooms were still being cleaned (9:00am), but after a short wait were shown two by a gentleman (who turned out to be the owner). Rooms were average for a London private hotel, but spacious after Holland Inn. Staff were... More
