Just returned last Tuesday, after a 5 night stay at the Jesmond Dene. I think this was our fourth stay. We had a ground floor twin, with full private bath.Coffee and tea making facilities are provided. All the rooms now have big flat screen TV's. I really appreciate how quiet this hotel is - I think that we had triple-paned... More

I usually stay in big hotels or chains, so decided to take a chance with this hotel. Apart from noisy neighbours at 4am this morning (no fault of the hotel!), the stay was superb. My room was lovely, and one of the cosiest I've stayed in. Everything was clean, the en-suite was great - and the shower was perfect! The... More

I stayed in room 7. The greeting at reception was great. Breakfast details explained for extra £5. Tv in room worked. They only downside for me was that i hadnt realised it was a shared bathroom when i booked. The bathroom is one floor away from the room but only shared with a few other rooms. It is a little... All I can say is that in my time travelling I do not think I have come across such courteous staff that genuinely want to help so much. It was quite refreshing to receive such a warm welcome but not only the receptionist but the night security as well as the breakfast staff in the morning. The hotel itself is... More

Superb location a block away from King's Cross and St Pancras, and good price. Service was really good and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. The room was small and somewhat uncomfortable for a couple.

Jesmond Dene Hotel is one of most fantastic hotel till i visited. Me with my family stayed there for 2 nights and paid a reasonable price for it including lunch /dinner and breakfast. The customer service by the manager was quick and all queries and its also within my budget. I was also pleased to be assigned to a room... More

I found this hotel from the fantastic reviews on trip advisor and I wasn't disappointed. We had a two night stay in London to visit the American Embassy, the hotel wasn't the closest place we could have stayed, but it was really reasonable and we could all stay in the ensuite family room. The staff were great and the room... More

So one of the things that is correct is the level of cleanliness, the team that work there are clearly on top of things which is something I always appreciate. For me when I look for a nice small family run hotel I understand the business as I used to work in a hotel myself and everything is really good... More

We stayed for my sons graduation party and the place was ideal. There were a group of 5 and we had the basic five bed room. All of us stayed in one room and the price was really decent. Considering most hotels wanted us to book two rooms, we saved half the price. The booking was made on their direct... More

The room was nice and clean but without AC during a hot end of summer night. On the plus side, the hotel is near King's Cross and St Pancras and the staff was great. Too many stairs if you travel with lots of luggage and two floors from the toilet/shower. To sum up, the room was good for its price... More
