We chose this hotel for its central location and proximity to Victoria Station and the Gatwick Express. It is family run, and everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is included and is more than adequate. The rooms are small (this is London!) but clean. I would return again in a heart beat.

The Hotel is handily located on Belgrave Rd Pimlico. Its only a 5-10 minute walk from Pimlico and 20 mins from Victoria (Victoria has more accessibility by train/tube as Pimlico is only on the Victoria line. Really good location for West End - we were going to O2 for Elvis/RPO concert and its only 20 minutes from Victoria. The street... More

I recently stayed at this hotel overnight and was very impressed. The rooms are very clean and newly furnished, the bathrooms are spotless and the shower works well. The breakfast (full English) was delivered to me in seconds with friendly conversation from the team working in the dining area. For the price , I really recommend this place for a... More

Stayed here for a few days while in London before a trip to the Cotswalds. The rooms are small but comfortable. Value for money. The location was excellent- Victoria - safe even late at night - walking distance to central London along the Thames. Breakfast was good. What makes this hotel outstanding is the helpfulness , humor and friendliness of... More

This was a perfect spot for our sightseeing trip. A bus stopped outside the front door and it was a short walk to 2 tube stations. It is only B+B but that's all that we wanted for this trip leaving us free to try London restaurants. (The breakfasts were beautiful) It was one of the cleanest places that I've ever... More

I attended a conference in Westminster and booked this hotel. It is clean, warm and friendly. The staff are great... gave good advice on local restaurants and more importantly good directions. Only limitation is the lack of a lift/elevator.it is quite close to Victoria station. I would happily stay again and would recommend if you are staying in London.

This was my second visit to Luna Simone and both have been outstanding. Peter and Bernard run a clean, safe and fairly priced boutique hotel that offers excellent service and quality. They offer excellent restaurant recommendations in the neighborhood. Breakfasts are basic and substantial. I don't think you can beat it for London if money is an object of importance... More

I recently spent six nights at Luna & Simone, a friendly family-run hotel. The room was quite small and had no sitting area but it was clean and comfortable with a modern bathroom and very comfy bed. Breakfast was included in the price and was served in the breakfast room on the lower level. From the hotel I could walk... More

I stayed here for watching ´Wicked' in the Victoria theater. This hotel is not far from the theater, so I reached there just 10 minutes by walking. Moreover the room n.12 was clean and it wasn't tiny at all. Even if the breakfast was not very nice, I'm satisfied with it cause it was free. I recommend this hotel. 위키드... More

I don't think there are many decent, affordable hotels in London any more, downtown at least. That is anticipated, since London is literally swamped with visitors. Luna & Simone is exactly that: a good choice, less than 10min walk from Victoria station. The establishment is surely refurbished, contrary to many really wretched hotels in the same area. My room, although... More

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
