Our stay at Luna and Simone was delightful. The owners (twin brothers) are as friendly and helpful as one could imagine. Breakfast is very good, with eggs cooked to order. The room was comfortable and quiet.
All the positive reviews of Luna and Simone Hotel are absolutely accurate. Our family loved it here! We booked 2 triple rooms for my husband and me, plus our 4 tween/teenage/young adult children. Kids loved the outstanding WiFi, cool rooms (fans but no AC which...More
Lovely hotel in an excellent location, easy walking distance to Pimlico tube station as well as Victoria with national rail and underground connecting services, with the Apollo Victoria Theatre and various pubs and restaurants also near by.

Traveling alone while ill is awful, but the jolly hosts and warm, professional staff made a lonely and difficult time, sooo much better. They were accommodating when I had to change rooms; generous in sending innumerable faxes of medical documents; and each member of the...More
This nice little hotel was perfect for my daughter and me during a week in London. Our twin bed room was small but comfortable, the owners were a pleasure to deal with, and the location near Victoria Station was perfect both for our arrival from...More
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and
some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.

You can call ahead so they will be there to pick you up upon arrival and when you leave let them know what time your flight is and they will get you to your departure terminal.

We stayed in early July and the weather was fine. But it's hard to predict what it will be like for you. The rooms that we had both had ceiling fans and the windows did open. You may wish to ask for a room in the back of the hotel to minimize any street noises in the event that you open your window. Also, I'd suggest a room that is on one of the lower floors because they do not have elevators. As for safety during the evening, we were a family of 4 with a 17 yr old boy and 13 yr old girl. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. It is in a nice residential part of town so there were people going about their daily business quite a bit. Nice street and well lit at night time. Extremely easy public transportation right outside the door and/or taxis were easily accessible.
