This hotel is well located for the Excel and DLR about 10 minutes walk to both. The staff were friendly and helpful with every request. I was allowed to check in at any time which took a load of my mind regarding getting there through London. The room was small but secure, clean and tidy and had adequate bathroom facilities....

We were very impressed with this hotel. Great rates with free breakfast and free parking. Staff were extremely accommodating and very welcoming. Great service. Would recommend. Only gripe was the bed which was a small double. Would have preferred a bigger double bed.

The staff was available 24/7, the room was clean, they had bottles of water for all guests whenever they needed them. I arrived early morning, they stored my luggage for me so I could go explore the city. There is no air conditioning, but they provided a desk fan which was perfect for me. Breakfast was amazing and free. The...

Not cheap at all, but very friendly staff. Usual small rooms without air-conditioning (typical London). Do not stay on the upper floors - no water pressure ! Breakfasts are good. Unfortunately a rather dismal location in a poor part of London. No restaurants, attractions or pubs close by apart from some rather shabby takeaway joints. Public transport (very frequent) at...

I stayed one night in a single room which was perfect. It was lovely, clean and very quiet. Booking in was quickly completed and free water and fruit offered. Lovely cooked breakfast in the morning before leaving. Overall a well run hotel which I am happy to recommend.

The Hotel itself is lovely, beautifully decorated inside and out. Staff are super friendly and helpful. They have a kitchen in the reception area in which you can take glasses, bottled water and other things from and back to your room free of charge! Rooms are very nice.
