The Hotel itself is lovely, beautifully decorated inside and out. Staff are super friendly and helpful. They have a kitchen in the reception area in which you can take glasses, bottled water and other things from and back to your room free of charge! Rooms are very nice. Large TV with Freeview, very nicely decorated. Very clean. Even had a... More

Its a good value budget hotel. But where can you stay in London for this price, with parking and breakfast. If you need a one night stopover for Excell or the O2 or London Airport, it's ideal. Could do much worse.

Stayed here just one night. Arrived late but very friendly guy on reception. They don't serve food in the evenings but they have a small kichen area where you can use plates and cuttlery. There are 4 takeaways next to the hotel so ideal. Free bottled water / fruit juice and fruit available 24 hours. Room was fine, small and... More

Stayed recently for a night, good little hotel and good service. If you're looking for somewhere to sleep, then this is a good place. Very clean, which is important. Fruit is complimentary and service at front desk was good.

In a very rough area. Hotel I would rate 2 not 3 star. Customer service exceptional. Cleanliness 8/10. I stayed in the annex in one of the two attic rooms. No air con only a window and room fan and it was very hot. Very steep narrow staircase and wafer thin walls. Very compact, wardrobe full of iron board and... More

We stayed at this hotel for two nights (Saturday & Sunday) whilst in London for a show. This hotel was great value. We had a triple room which was very comfortable, although the shower room was a very compact. Our room was on the road side of the building (on the first floor), and due to the warm weather we...
