Very impressed with this hotel. Customer service was top marks. Warm welcome and staff very friendly. We stayed only for one night in a 3 persons accommodation . Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Accommodation clean. Bathroom with shower and freshly washed towels . Beds were comfortable so slept well and with the hot weather a welcome air con . It was a treat for my nieces birthday and knowing this she received a bottle of Prosecco and chocolates on arrival . The breakfast was very good , full breakfast and continental was offered . Wouldn’t hesitate to return and after seeing the afternoon teas being served on leaving we will be back to sample that too. Well done.

I Would Highly recommend staying here you have a 5min walk to Paddington Station and just up the road thete is a fantastic restaurant Bizzarro.and Lemaenas cafe just around the corner on craven st. We chose this hotel as it was close to Hyde park and we were going to see Adele. We arrived late on a Friday night to check in and the staff were friendly and checked us in quickly. Our room was downstairs- it was an unusual set up! There’s a door in the side of a staircase which led straight down into some steep steps. There were a number of rooms down there but it felt a little dark and out the way. The room was lovely. Clean, modern and the bathroom was great too. However when we woke up on the Saturday morning there was a strong smell of smoke and people talking loudly next to a window in the room. It turns out we were next to the maintenance area. My husband went to speak to the staff at reception to ask if we could move rooms but there were none available. They said they’d talk to the maintenance people about this issue and offered us complimentary breakfast for the 2 mornings. We went that morning for breakfast and although there were a number of tables free the staff were extremely busy and it took a good 15 minutes to get seated. The breakfast was nice. The following morning the same thing happened with people outside the window of the room talking extremely loudly again and making lots of noise which woke us. So we decided to pack and leave then which was a shame. We did inform the staff at reception again but they weren’t so bothered this time and just stated that we’d been offered breakfast because of this issue. The hotel is in a good, convenient location and the rooms are nice and modern. There were complimentary pastries, cakes and drinks in the reception area throughout the day which was also nice. We may stay again in the future but would request not to have a room in the basement!

I absolutely loved staying at Park Grand Lancaster. The hotel is super clean and gorgeous and the location is quite central too. The start of the show is however, the incredible staff of the hotel. They literally made my visit a million times better. Vincy, at the reception, is a wonderful fellow who is always happy to help and such a pleasant face to be greeted by. They also had another new intern working st the hotel during my stay whose efforts were more than evident. It was all because of the staff that i have vouched to be a loyal customer for all the coming years. Such a wonderful experience all in all. 10/10 recommended

Recently had afternoon tea, probably the worst afternoon tea we have ever had. The scones were so small and rock hard, we couldn't even cut in to them, the cheese in the sandwich looked and tasted like the pre packed cheese slices that you put on a burger. We were asked if we would like more sandwiches and when we agreed were charged £15, I have never paid for a few extra sandwich fingers at any previous afternoon tea. Never again.

Started well, warmly greeted, provided an extra blanket. Then we made a fatal mistake, my husband decided to shower before bed. The tap wouldn’t turn off and the water wouldn’t drain from the bath. We called reception but as maintenance had gone home, there was nothing they could do. They tried to move us to another room because the dripping got so loud but they were fully booked so tried to move us to another hotel 2 miles away. We refused and decided to go home as live just as close to the new hotel at midnight. And like that, first weekend away without the kids ruined and also my birthday. Thank you Park Grand but no thanks
