Welcoming staff, clean room but no wifi (just in common section). My room was downstairs without lift, while it is spacious enough for solo travelers even double. Hot water come a little bit slowly. Since my room was next to the restaurant (for breakfast), it was really noisy in the morning...

Whilst only here for a quick stop, I appreciated the friendly nature of the staff. It may be a relatively basic stay over, but as a prime location with safe access it is suitable for most not a willing to pay a substantial premium. Thanks very much

While the location was ideal, the accomodation was poor in quality. Very small room, unacceptable bathroom [only had hand spray/bath available. No actual shower available. Very small double bed, tucked in corner of room..Generally room was poor. Staff were friendly and civil. Wifi not available in room/only in common area..In vicinity of Paddington train station.

The hotel staff were welcoming and polite and no problems with arrival. The room was newly decorated and the beds were very comfy. The Bathroom was great and the shower was perfect. My only criticism is this; please let us have WI-FI in the rooms. You were only allowed wifi in the foyer. This was the last leg of 7...

Had a fantastic stay here. Very close to everything including the underground. We had lovely rooms, newly decorated. Very clean and sheets changed daily even though we only stayed 2 nights. Only problem is the size of the bathrooms, 8 girls trying to share 2 bathrooms the size of a small cupboard wasn't easy but we managed. Staff are very...

The hotel is well located. We were put on the fourth floor as that is where the only twin room in the hotel is. As there is no lift this was quite challenging. The TV reception was bad and there was no hot water at any time. We were told this was due to builders doing work in the hotel....

I arrived late as I had been doing courses that day so was a little frazzled, plus was using public transport and the buses were re-routed. Room was in the gods, didn't mind that. I'd booked a twin and got a twin of sorts 2 double beds, family room. Beds comfortable only plus Downside, only one overhead light, no bedside...
