A beautiful old house in the center of Chelsea. The place is run mainly by volunteers. The front desk is very professional and helpful. No doubt the most affordable place to stay in Kensington if you don't mind sharing your room.

On the internet there was a beautiful picture of the room, which had nothing to do with the reality. The whole building had a stench and the room was dirty with a very bad quality bed. The difference between the reality and the advertisement on...More

Dirty, very rude, disrespectful and abusive staff, zero customer service, filthy kitchens with rotten pots that the staff don't wash, excrements on the bathroom floors not cleaned for over 48 h and really, really strange people of all ages (including ery old nd creepy people)...More

Nothing looks like in the pictures. The kitchens are completely empty, there are no utensils you can use (They have oven and stove but no pots or pans not even dishes available, and it is EXTREMELY dirty. The carpet on every floor smells and looks...More

The building is old but clean, the rooms are basic but clean. there is even a gymnasium, access to kitchens if you want to prepare your own meal, the nice is nice and friendly. A good place to stay for a first time in London
