This was my second stay there. Again flew in for the Chelsea match. Room was smaller than my last but still comfortable even sharing it with my brother. Its not the most "luxurious", but its cozy, in a perfect location (walking distance to stamford bridge, soho, sloan and kensington tube stations), and the staff are very very friendly and accommodating....

Long wait for check-in, a few hiccups with reservation but staff were extremely helpful. Room was clean but very small, bed too small for tall people and limited tea & coffee facilities. Bathroom was great, fab shower and clean. Unfortunately, not a great night sleep due to someone snoring in another room - perhaps more sound insulation is required? Breakfast...

I have stoped in this hotel for several times. Great location (few minutes from the underground, walking distance from soho), always welcome service. The rooms are small but super clean and couzy. I will stay again!

We had 3 nights here. This hotel was in a great location for us, we walked almost everywhere we needed to go, and ubered the rest. Super clean, the bed was very comfortable. We liked that we could plug our devices directly into the USB in the outlet. The room was very very tiny. I mean very tiny. When I...

My husband and I stayed here for about 10 days. Our room was tiny but efficient . The laundry service is great but frightfully expensive . The breakfast was substantial but the coffee was terrible. The hotel staff was always available and helpful

Stayed in room 200, me, my husband and our 13 year old son for two nights. We had a large super king size bed, my son was on a large sofa bed. Our room was right on the main road ,but we were not disturbed by the noise at all, the beds were very comfy, and the rooms very clean....

I actually found this hotel by accident as my Travel Agent made a mistake with my booking and there was no room for me at the usual hotel. My Chelsea was not too far away and had a room! Thank goodness! What a great find. The hotel is contemporary, great design, quiet and with very helpful staff. My room was...

It was a bit of last minute reservation, so I trusted my agent and opinions on this website. I should not have. The room was very small, really hardly room to move around the bed. But that was not the problem. I was on the first flor, facing the road. It is so noisy. I was totally jetlagged, so trying...

Fantastic location near South Kensington Tube stop, beautiful Chelsea neighborhood--close to everything, fantastic staff, immaculate rooms (small--very small, but lovely), quiet, great bar and Tanya's next door is wonderful. I've been looking for a place like this in London for years. Won't be staying anywhere else in the future.

The quality-price was very good. We got an upgrade to our room and had an awesome bed. Very authentic neighbourhood, great experience. I was surprised though that the deluxe room didn't have a bathtub, however it was very nice.

Staying in Chelsea

Neighbourhood Profile
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.

Your Oasis for Cosmopolitan Fashion and Fun Stepping into the chic lobby, a sense of calm envelops you. The fresh, classic design lifts your spirits. This cosmopolitan urban retreat is so alluring, you won't want to leave. But with the world's mecca for luxury fashion and fun outside, it would be rude not to.
