I paid £350 for a triple room and got a double, lucky for us one of my friends couldn't attend. We decided not to say anything as we just wanted to get to sleep. Pillow was paper thin and room was so small that we had to look up the watch the TV at a uncomfortable angle. We had to...

We stayed at The Gresham Hotel for two nights , in a double room and single room for our 15 yr old son.The rooms were beside each other which was a bonus. The accomodation is pretty basic, the rooms look a little tired and the bathrooms could do with being refurbished. The rooms were however clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower...

Booked this the night before our stay. The reception staff were all very helpful, friendly and efficient. We were given the keys to two rooms which were available and given the opportunity to choose which room we preferred. The rooms although rather small were very clean with adequate facilities. We were on the third floor and overlooked Sussex Gardens. The...

The outside of the hotel was inviting with the coach lamps. Check-in was quick and efficient and we was handed our code for the free Wi-Fi. We were informed to report to reception in the morning to collect our breakfast voucher.  Our room was on the fourth floor and the single lift was very very slow and would only hold three people comfortably....

We had rooms 214 (twin) and 217(Triple) over a 2 nights. We had a rental and Pre-arranged to use their private car space in front of hotel for a daily fee. The rooms & bathrooms are very small but clean and functional. Only strange thing was room 217 had the tv mounted high up on the wall (8+ feet). The...

Perfect, if you want it simpel. Great small rooms. Breakfast is regular and well worth it. The rooms are typical Brittish, small and simple, we like that. The staff was great and kind. Recomend it. Central and close to busses to Victoria or Oxford

I was travelling and staying on my own and was rather nervous about trying a new hotel but I need not have worried as this hotel was lovely. The staff were super friendly and helpful (reception) and the room was basic but clean. (armchair was a bit wonky and probably needed fixing though!). You had to hand the key in...

We were a family of four, stayed for three nights. Staff were extremely helpful with information and directions. The breakfast for £5 each was very nice. They also let us store our luggage on the last day, as we were not flying home until later. The room was clean and had a TV, Microwave, Tea/Coffee making facilities and Fridge. The...
