I stayed in Hotel Meridiana 7 nights with my friends on our summer holiday. We wanted a place that would be clean, in a good location and quite cheap. We got all that plus a private room for the three of us, which was quite impossible request in our other options considering the prices of rooms for three. Meridiana is...

My mother and I stayed at Meridiana Hotel this november for three nights whilst we were visiting London to go christmas shopping and also to hear Sir Cliff Richard at The Wembley Arena. The hotel was 200 M from London King's Cross / St. Pancras tube and trian station, which meant that we didn't have to carry our bags very...

I stayed with my friend at a double en-suite room last June. I must say that the location is excellent, right next to the Kings Cross and St. Pancras Station. The room is very small, but I mean, come on, you won't stay at the hotel room for more than a few hours if you visit London as a tourist,...

I stayed at the Meridiana Hotel in London last August. I selected the hotel because of the location mainly, and in this sense it is excellent : 5 minutes to King Cross Station, McDonalds and Burger King in 5 minutes, Italian and Hindi restaurants in 8 minutes. There is a nice park across the Hotel. My experience with front desk...

The room, service and general description was comletely different to what they claimed. The owner was not friendly and did not offer to help with our luggage; the room was the smallest we've stayed at; the TV was high up on the wall; the bathroom was so small that a large person would not be able to use the toilet;...

This hotel served me well for my 5 night stay in London. It was conveniently located about a block from St. Pancras/King's Cross Station and there were plenty of eating establishments in the area. The en suite room was small but clean. The staff was helpful and even had my room ready early. The breakfast was included in the price...

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Meridiana. I see negative reviews on trip advisor a lot and I think that people often must expect more than what you should expect for what you pay. This place is in central London, right across from St. Pancras station and while its not fancy it is clean. The staff are polite, the...

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighbourhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
