Had a great stay, came with a friend for 2 nights. Good location just 2 minutes walk to the tube, great views of the Tower of London, Shard and the roof top bar is fabulous. Really busy and buzzy on Saturday night when the city...More
The hotel is in more of a business location but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance as are many of the sights including Westminster Abbey, Parliament, Buckingham Palace and others. We stayed in a two room city view suite with club access. The...More

Dear James S
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback after your recent stay with us.
I am glad that you enjoyed your week with us and delighted that Jason was able to resolve your problem with the tour company.
1 night only before a early morning trip by train to the South of France.

Stayed here in October for two nights for a business trip. Hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance to the conference I was attending and all the tourist attractions. Room was spotless and staff were great. View from the gym was brilliant.
Great experience. The room was nice, not my style but acceptable. The only problem I had was the floor in the bathroom, tile was very cold. I was there in November which would probably be acceptable but I came from a very warm climate and...More

If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square, and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just up the road as well. As captivating as the architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are
highlights of the area too. St James's Park (arguably London's loveliest), the expansive Green Park, and pedestrian friendly tree lined paths along the river showcase the exquisite manicure provided by English gardeners. Just beyond the landmarks and the gorgeous outdoor spaces, quiet residential squares and age old local pubs offer a more subdued take on this global seat of power in the heart of London.
