In 2004 I found The Omega Hotel and had a very pleasant stay there on a business trip. This year I returned to London with my wife for a holiday and decided to try The Omega again. It was still the quiet and very clean place I found 13 years ago. The location, just around the corner from Paddington rail...

Stayed at the Omega for 3 nights during a short trip to London. The office I had meetings at was at the Westbourne Park so the hotel was at a really good location. Being next to the Paddington station makes the hotel a real place for anyone who wants to have a place to sleep during the night and be...

Stayed at many hotels but this one really really impressed me and my wife. A young couple who stayed in the heart of Paddington. Upon arrival we were greeted by Simon the manager who was really helpful and knowledgable of london travels. Simon was extremely helpful on where we should go and how to book things at a cheaper cost....

Very nice and helpful staff. very clean hotel. Rooms a little too small, specially for 3 persons. Breakfast was good, but it would be better to extend it till 10am, as it is served from 7 till 9am only. Coffee/Tea/Hot Chocolate always available in the lobby.

I stayed in the omega hotel on a solo weekend trip to London. I didn't have high expectations and went into it with an open mind. Yes the rooms are small and there is no elevator but the staff is very friendly (they carried my 50 pound bag up 8 flights is stairs) and the lady who makes breakfast is...

What a perfect location to stay! Conveniently close to Underground and Heathrow Express , couldn't be easier. The hotel is small and very clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly breakfast is nice. Definitely recommend this place. No elevator so if stairs is not you. Book another place to fit your needs.

We were ending our trip in London before heading home. Imagine two big check in luggages up 4 storeys. It does not help that the stairs were extremely narrow. Yes, there is no lift. I really the elderly folks who were going up and down. Personally, staff should have offered to help bring luggages up and down. Overall, it was...

We booked last minute theatre tickets and had a scramble as I panicked to find a reasonable hotel for the same Saturday night! The Omega came up during a search in the Paddington area as I've always found on past trips to London that the stretch along Sussex Gardens has good value hotels whilst being close to the centre. I...

I booked a four night stay in this property considering the rating given by the various people. But I must say I am feeling cheated and disgusted . Paid some 500 pounds for 4 nights and you get nothing in the room .for a basic cup of tea you have to go down to reception to collect the tea ....
