My daughter and I booked in this hotel as we were visiting London for my birthday for a theatre trip. Tudor Inn sounds lovely doesn't it - don't be fooled! We were a bit dubious when we saw the outside but thought it may be better inside. The proprietor was friendly enough and even gave us a map to show...

I honestly don't know how this place hasn't been closed down!?, myself and my friend refused to stay here during our 2 night stay in London. we had to look for a different hotel after seeing the room we were supposed to stay in. The room was not really what I expected as the bed covers looked dirty as if never washed. The curtains were the same. the Bathroom light flickered on...

We have asked for a couple bed, and when we get on the room, we had a twin bed. We ask at the reception for the couple bed, and the guy said that it only would be possible next day. Next day we get in a new room in the upper floor, and to get there we had to climb...

This is one of the ugliest things I have ever seen. There is dirt everywhere; on the floor, in the shower, at the walls, even in the bed. This is so ugly and smelly. Although I have booked and already paid the so-called "hotel room" for 3 nights, on order to my health I decided to stay somewhere else. DO...

The hotel was of an average quality. The position was perfect. very close to Victoria Coach Station (10 minutes walking), in London City Centre. The room was ok, altough the furniture was a bit old. The tv had no remote control. The receptionist was nice and he printed us a page for 50p. Very good if you have a flight...

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.

“The rooms we had were TINY. In one you had to climb over the bed to reach the hanging cupboard which was not big enough to take a dress or full length coat. The shower is also TINY - anyone overweight would have trouble turning round in it. However, the shower itself was good.”
