This hotel is a great find and is a central Greenwich location. The rooms are small with a stylish interior. There is a lovely bar area and garden to enjoy in the summer. The breakfasts are fabulous and you may order off the menu or use the self service option. Parts of the hotel need updating.

Great value hotel in a historic building , right in the centre of Greenwich . The location could not be better. The staff were all very pleasant , there was a real character I think his name was Averton, who on arrival gave a really good impression and explained about the parking at the hotel . It makes such a...

The hotel is in a perfect location for visiting Greenwich as everything is accessible on foot. e.g museums, bars, restaurants, observatory, park and the famous cutting sark. But getting to the hotel by car maybe tricky as it is on a one way system, so I thought I would add Directions..... Drive past William Walk as it's NO ENTRY to...

Very good location for pubs, restaurants , shops and tourist attractions. Modern, well - maintained rooms with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. I would avoid the breakfasts as there are so many good alternatives nearby e.g. Heap's sausage shop just around the corner

Had 2 days here with an offer from Travelzoo. Could not fault what I got for the price I paid. I was on my own but had a double room, which was excellent. The choice at breakfast was superb, with the staff willing to help with anything that was not available on the buffet. Evening meal was also superb. Just...

We stayed as a Travelzoo deal which was excellent value for money. Our room was clean and comfortable - no frills but quiet and fine for one or two nights, the staff were helpful and pleasant. For our evening meal we were given a choice of 3 starters, mains and desserts: the food was good. The star of the show...

Overall this was a very pleasant stay. the only downside was the bar meal i had which was not really very nice. My room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel and will be staying again myself next month.

A pleasant two night visit. A clean and well equipped hotel , the upgrade to my room was very welcome. Well cooked breakfast and nice restaurant attractive decor and fabulous restaurant staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Price of wine or glass was very high at £10 but apart from that an excellent location and lovely stay.

Staying in Greenwich

Neighbourhood Profile
Greenwich
Greenwich Mean Time starts here, so to speak, as the very concept of global time was established at Royal Observatory, just one of several buildings of architectural interest in Greenwich. Indeed, the whole of Greenwich's historic town center, its Royal Park and a number of related buildings (and one world famous ship, the Cutty Sark) make up the UNESCO World Heritage site known as Maritime Greenwich. Today a laser beam is shot out across the night sky from the Observatory to mark the location of the Prime Meridian. Other bold (some say brash) 21st century additions to the area include landmarks such as The O2 entertainment complex (previously known as the Millennium Dome) and the Air Line cable cars, which offer scenic transport across the Thames between North Greenwich and the Royal Docks.
