Having stayed in several Premier Inns, this one stands with the best i have visited. A short walk from the tube station, we where checked in by a very enthusiastic friendly member of staff. We were less than 5 minutes from arriving, to being in our room. As usual, the rooms were comfortable and the bathroom area more than sufficient....

Ridiculous Checking In system at Premier Inn, London Kensignton (Earls Court). 8 people together with 1 paying for all took 16 SEPARATE TRANSACTIONS to complete the check in due to impersonal reception point with "machine in the wall" action required for separate names etc despite on line booking! Bring back manned reception point and simple pay system!!!!

If all you need is a clean, comfortable bed and a well equipped bathroom for a low price centrally located in London, this is that place. I researched dozens (literally) of accommodation options for a 1 night stay in central London. The prices were astronomical and most wouldn't consider less than 3 night stay. Premier Inn gave us a really...

I recently stayed here in a family room with my friend and our two 9 year old girls. Chose this hotel as we went to see One Direction concert at Wembley stadium, and wanted to be able to access the Tube easily. The tube was a 5 min walk from the hotel and easy to find. The staff were really...

This hotel is in a nice, safe neighborhood with a grocery store less than two blocks away and the Earl's Court tube station nearby. The building itself is average but it's the people that make this hotel so nice. The front desk staff was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly (especially Shah and Didjhi) and went out of their way to make...

The staff, the location, the cleanliness, travelling with a small child: all wonderful! Absolutely recommended. A small minus for the beds being a bit weird. The breakfast was a very good and it was possible to upgrade it to a meal deal in the evening!

Could not fault it, nice and clean, great location although it was a bit noisy being above the railway lines. They did explain that there would be some noise, but the trains started earlier and finished later than I was told. All in all a good hotel and I would not hesitate to stop here again.

Located in a modern building, one block from Earl's Court tube station, offers a very good service, with comfortable rooms (for London standards). The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only drawback was the wifi service (erratic and with low-strenght signal). This appears to be a long term issue, as I read about it in previous reviews. Breakfast was...

Met our need for a safe & clean accommodation, and convenient for public transport. Stayed for 5 nights, in a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed. Note: the sofa bed is too small for my 2 kids of 10 and 11. Anyway, highly recommend the breakfast, really worth it as kids eat free. U could save...

I had never been to London before and had a 25 hour layover on the way home from elsewhere. My husband and I wanted to try to see as much as we could in this short time, so we needed a place to stay that had easy access to transit. This Premier Inn is on the Picadilly Line, so you...

Staying in South Kensington

Neighbourhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
