Got a bargin night for £49. Great place to stay for Royal Albert Hall. Just a few stops by tube. Only downside is the hotel is on top of the tube lines and rattles when a train goes by. Ask for a room on the left hand side of the hotel and a higher floor. Would recommend it.

We were very happy with this choice for a few days before an apartment rental began. Room very quiet and was cooler and more comfortable than the apartment we rented. We used the meal deal for one night and loved it.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times and always found the staff, facilities and standard to be of a high quality. Staff were very helpful, and the rooms comfortable and clean. Meals were good and service exemplary - also, the proximity of the Earls Court Underground station was a bonus point enabling ease in travelling to the sights.

From previous experiences of moderately-priced London hotels, I was a bit nervous selecting this one at just over 100 GBP per night, but with favorable prior reviews I took a chance. Our room (in an annex accessed by a bridge from the main entrance) had little in the way of amenities; but it was surprisingly large--we could move around and...

Very friendly staff, quiet hotel and good night's sleep. Pretty good brekkie the next morning too and I thought very reasonable priced.. Very near to Earls Court underground. Well worth the money. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

French waitress Marie at breakfast was really rude and obnoxious. She was too busy dancing around and of no help although we were the first and only one at breakfast. The double bed was very comfortable but the additional single bed was very poor. Could feel the spring poking at me.

A very welcoming hotel that was staffed by individuals with a real feel for personal customer service. For a location in a busy part of London it was remarkably quiet and we would certainly use it again.

I know they guarantee a good nights sleep but was dubious but actually the bed was pretty comfortable for a change. We stayed two nights and ate both times at the hotel. The evening manager, Jazz, I found a little bit annoying. You had to order main and pudding (as we had the offer) at the same time which we...

Staying in South Kensington

Neighbourhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
