For London and staying fairly central without breaking the bank, this hotel is a good choice. Easy walk to Earls Court underground and a bit longer from South Kensington. Gloucester station, which is closer will open in December. Lots of restaurant choices nearby as well as grocery stores. Seemed like a safe area. Mostly hotels and apartments. Check in was...

Up to usual good standard of Premier Inns so don't be put off by the look of the building. Stayed in a family room with friends next door. Very comfortable. Children said best nights sleep for a while and not noisy even though in London. Everything worked as it should. Easy log on with the wifi. I like the fact...

I chose this hotel after paying £190 for another hotel in London but unfortunately due to bad reviews I then cancelled my reservation and found the premier inn instead. This was a fantastic hotel, super clean bright rooms, excellent service and amazing breakfast. The bed is also the most comfiest hotel bed I have ever slept in. Would highly recommend...

This is a perfect base to explore London. Earls Court station is a two minute walk away as are lots of eateries. We were a bit wary about the hotel being next to the train line but with the windows triple glazed you could barely hear them and we were on the first floor! As with most hotels the room...

Hotel has very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet better than expected for included bonus. Location west of Knightsbridge is excellent. Could use a lobby of some sort; room safe; room refrigerator. These may be small things but expected in a huge city.

I stayed one night at the Premier Inn when my usual hotel was booked. The hotel is pretty bare bones - nothing fancy or practically unique but it is clean, conveniently located and comfortable for sleeping. The check in was via a kiosk which was fun. Our room overlooked the Underground tracks and there was some noise. We weren't phased...

Stayed with a friend at the Premier Inn London Kensington for three days. Clean, comfortable room. The staff were all polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel was within easy reach of good quality restaurants and the tube station. Woulde stay here again without hesitation.

Great value for money, good location (about a 15-20 min walk to the museums). Not too noisy / busy . Staff very friendly and welcoming. Rooms not the biggest, but to be expected for central London / budget option. Clean. Breakfast good and lots of choice.

Staying in South Kensington

Neighbourhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
