Situated in a good location with supermarket, coffe shop, bus stop and tube station close by. Clean and spacious room with friendly staff. The day of our check-in the sink pipe was blocked but after alerting the reception the problem was sorted straight away. Two major inconveniences: the light spots in the room are not enough so the room is...

There is a lot that can be commended in the hotel, and a lot of things that let it down. We stayed on the ground floor, in a room which backed on to a side road. It was a bit disconcerting to be in the shower, when passers by walked past. Only thing concealing our modesty was frosted glass. So...

Booked as a last minute stay over in London. Lowered my expectations when walked to hotel from station. Probably wouldn't have been comfortable walking as a lone female but it was fine as a couple. Asked for quiet room and was placed round the back. The view was not existent but the peacefulness was worth every penny! Room was nice...

I booked this hotel for a two night stay and wasn't disappointed. It's a lovely hotel right in the middle of the busy Cricklewood Broadwalk. It has its own parking and for £15 per night I didn't think it was too bad! The underground is not the closest but all buses go past and it takes 5mins max (Kilburn Station)....

Second visit, didn’t quite understand why we were put in a disabled room - but we were only staying for one night so weren’t too fussed. If staying for longer it would have been an issue as we would have been unable to hang clothes up properly as the bar in the wardrobe is very low (wheelchair height) as was...

We stayed for 2 nights at the beginning of March. The hotel is big. The reception is big and bright and leads into the adjacent pub. We booked a suite. It was a big room with separate TVs lounge area. The room was good, bed comfy. We booked with breakfast, this was ok. Not the best breakfast I've had, not...

Not an area I have visited before - but easy to reach on Jubilee line and 10 min walk from Killburn or 2 mins on regular bus service. Really nice jewell in the area - lots of places to eat and drink Room clean and good size and really well laid out bathroom Great bakery opposite

We were visiting London as my nephew was taking part in the marathon. We chose the Clayton Crown as it was close to my nephew's home. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from Cricklewood station. We were not disappointed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and we had both a bath and a shower. Breakfast was more than...

We stayed here for three nights whilst down in London for the Marathon. A little bit of a walk from the station -either Kilburn or Willisden Green, but definitely worth it. The hotel is ideally situated, very nice decor and very clean and very helpful staff. Would recommend and use again.Very handy for Wembley park too. The pool looked lovely...

I was surprised with a trip to this hotel for my Christmas present so had been looking forward it to for a long time! The pictures don't match reality. Our room was supposed to be a "deluxe" room? But it was small, smelt of sick and no hot water. We did complain on the first night about the water issue...
