Stayed here when we came down for the Scotland England game. The rooms are nice but the staff are nicer! Darren and Paul are such great guys and really made the experience, even though we were a group of 7 and I’m sure fairly annoying, they helped us whenever we asked and gave us loads of info about the are. Top guys!

Me and my partner went to London and decided to stay at this hotel, great room, bed was comfortable but the only negative thing is the shower on top floor is so small and no room, but would stay again, will be coming back soon.

Friendly and helpful receprtionists. Rooms are small, simple and clean. No elevator. Well located, near underground and train stations. Close to the British Library, the Wellcome Collection, Camden town and Regent's Canal. Quiet neighbourhood.

Our stay at the Princess was a very strange experience. The room was basic but very clean and did the job. However, upon arrival the reception staff were very rude and seemed unwilling to want to check us in. I had booked a parking space in advance and was told to leave my car outside and hand the keys over. Several hours later we came back to the hotel to discover the car still outside in a ticketed zone. When I asked reception why it had not been moved he was very uncertain and started to make up times varying from 20 minutes to 50. To follow this when we wished to leave we were told we would need to give 30 minutes notice to get the car back, yet again this proved difficult. I had to wait an hour for the car with the staff unable to tell me why and refused to give me the location of the car park. The hotel is great just for a night but I would strongly advise against using their parking service.

So we went up to the room at the princess hotel. I wasn't pleased it was really small I mean really. I started to look for another place to stay immediately I just hated the atmosphere. Then a group came up the stairs and the walls were paper thin. I was sat on the bed at the time and the bed shook. I found somewhere to stay online so we paid and went to leave. As we were going down the stairs to leave I slipped down the stairs. Ripped some of my skin off my fingers in the process and received a bruise on my back. We handed our keys back to reception and said we couldn't stay there no more and left. In a way it was a very terrifying experience. I feel sorry for the receptionists she was lovely!!!
