I booked the Princess Hotel based on the many excellent reviews I read. Most of them are fitting, they do not have a lift, they have basic rooms with shared bathrooms, but I booked a standard and was happy. The bathroom seemed new and very well maintained. I needed to be close to Euston Station, which was just a short...

Excellent service with very friendly staff. Basic but tidy and clean rooms. Shared bathrooms weren't a hassle at all and were also very clean. Great location right opposite kings cross station. Would stay here again.

Very clean room and friendly staff. Ensuite family room a good size. Some street noise until about midnight, but it is London. Even though no food available at hotel very well situated to get good breakfast or other meals locally. Not all rooms ensuite - make sure you book appropriately.

An excellent location, very clean, reasonably priced considering the fact that the hotel is located in central London, less than 2 minutes walk from one of the largest subway station. The staff is very helpful and in our view not only contributed to making our stay enjoyable but they helped to get around in London in everything that concerns transport,...

I had a stay here for two days in August, while I was house searching in London. The staff was helpful and friendly, and easily offered to upgrade my room upon arrival. Extremely good location and very close to King's Cross St Pancras, which makes moving around in the city easy. Good value considering the price!

Was really happy with the service we received. Hotel staff very helpful and generally really nice. Hotel is in a great location, only walking distance to kings cross station and main bus routes. Will definitely stay here again x

A really good hotel, friendly staff who are really helpful. 2 mins walk, if that, from Kings Cross station. The staff even looked after our bags for us on departure day which saved lots of bother. Rooms are simple but clean and comfy. I would stay here again.

Not sure what some other reviewers are expecting but this is as far as I am concerned a great mid range property. It's not a four star and it does not pretend to be.What you get is a great welcome and a nice consistent staff that always seem to be available 24 hours.Nice clean accommodation with brilliant WIFI throughout and...

My wife & I stayed a week here (mid-May 2015) in a small room with a tiny bathroom at the top of a narrow stair case. Situated down a quiet side street close to King Cross Station/St Pancras, it was ideal for us as a base for exploring London & eating locally. The staff were very helpful before & during...

First, the owners and staff were very nice and accommodating. That made a huge difference for us. Our room had beds for four, which made it quite crowded. The bathroom was tiny, but adequate. There is a bar across the street that got very loud on Friday night, and stayed loud until about 3 AM. Since there is no AC,...
