This is a listed building and suffers because of this. Lack of double glazing especially on the front rooms make noise intrusion an issue. It must also cost them a lot in heating. Staff are friendly and helpful when they can. The decor of the rooms is subdued if not frankly dull. TV's are small but functional. Wi-Fi is present...

Affordable pleasant hotel with history. The large grand old building has a robust, proud, warm and enduring feel about it, helped by superb situation at top of the classy shopping/restaurant street overlooking vast open Blackheath parkland.Only a few hundred metres uphill from Blackheath underground station. Staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Service excellent. On a solo conference trip, I ate...

Early arrival needed for parking space as numbers are limited but good to have free hotel parking. Staff very friendly and helpful at all times. A good value hotel with excellent bus links to the O2 to avoid the crowds on the tube! very good value breakfast and room clean, spacious and practical. Will stay again.

I have stayed at the Clarendon several times as it has been convenient. It is seemingly the only hotel in Blackheath. The accommodation is good and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is self serve with a good choice of food and good quality.

This property was very dated. The bedroom was spacious but the bathroom was very small. Staff were helpful and breakfast was very good. The location wasn't too bad but probably would not stay here again.

This was our third or forth stay at the Clarendon Blackheath, and as always the rooms were clean and spacious and appear to have been recently decorated. The staff as always were fantastic and the breakfast selection was great.

Super comfy bed and pillows. Ordered room service, which arrived within 15 mins with a very courteous waiter. Lovely food and very good value for money, this was at 3.30...

I recently booked this hotel to deliver some training. The rooms were terrible they have not been updated since the 70's. Poor service through the two days which I thought was bad considering there was 14 of us staying. The only thing that is good is the location as it is local to London and Greenwich. I feel I must...

We stayed here for a trip to London. The hotel is in a great location for the train station. We were lucky, as we managed to get Parked outside but parking is very limited. The furniture in the room is older than me, it certainly needs replacing, and the carpet and walls had some beyond questionable stains on them. However,...
