I decided to book here after not so favorable review of the other round the corner. East to get to from KC station. On arrival it was clean and welcoming and managed to check in with ease. Room was clean and presentable (consistent with my other stays at other Travelodge venues). Bathroom is on a tad small side but of no inconvenience to us. The gentleman on reception (Rasheed) was always smiling and happy to help…. Iron, towel, suggestions on the area… nothing was too much trouble at all. Would stay here again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had a very pleasant stay. The room was really nice and big. We had amazing excellent service from Rashed he was extremely friendly and welcoming and always was smiley! Would definately recomment this hotel.
I in particular felt welcomed by staff member Rashed with the amount of support. It is lovely to see a diverse member working as part of the team. As the first time visiting London I am more than happy with the attitude and professionalism he showed.
We had room 107, along a cul-de-sac corridor away from the road. No view but it was super quiet in the main for central London. Comfy beds and shower worked well. No nets at window so was slightly aware of peering in potential! Echo what others say. Rashed was excellent at check in. If Travelodge have a rewards program for staff members then he is absolutely worthy. It wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve stayed, bathroom spotless but carpets were a bit messy and mattress was very stained (we had to take off plastic mattress protector as it was quite warm in room) nice towels Overall I’d say value for money in central London and, certainly in the room we had, a decent nights sleep
Absolutely lovely building and a comfy sleep. What made this trip so much better was the warm welcome I got from Rashed at the front desk. He was so helpful and warm, it was a pleasure to talk to him. A real asset to the company
