The air conditioning in this (newly refurbished) hotel is pitiful - it could not cope with a reasonably warm (25 C) day. When I called down to reception to ask for it to be fixed, they assured me (repeatedly) that it was working fine, which suggests the system itself is on the feeble side. And this was in an executive...

Hi, We regularly service and check our air-conditioning and I can assure you we do not have faulty air-conditioning in any of our rooms. The fact that during this period we are fully booked we did not have single complaints about air-conditioning apart from you. Air conditioning will be operational only when guest is in-house and will take about 10-15...

My experience of this hotel is generally positive. The location is quite decent, Pimlico Underground is a 5 min walk away, while Victoria Station is also within easy walking distance. The room I was given was modern and decor was very much to my taste. The shower-room was rather small. Once you're out of the shower you basically bump into...

We were so pleased with the Belgrave! Pleasant, friendly staff, clean lovely room, wonderfully located for an easy walk into Westminster Abbey and The Parliament Buildings. When we arrived, mid-day, our room wasn't ready but the staff offered to keep our luggage in a locked room while we explored London. I especially loved the in room telephone that was available...

We have just returned from a two day stay at the Belgrave Hotel and it was much better than we expected. We had an executive room on the top floor and although it was small it was just perfect. It had everything we needed. Iron, ironing board, hairdryer,Nespresso machine with pods etc. The hotel is in an ideal location for...

My husband and I spent 2 nights at the Belgrave. It's a short 10 minute walk to Victoria Station and the surrounding area is decent with places to eat. The staff was excellent. The hotel room itself was a bit small but expected for Europe. Everything was clean and comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again if in the...

Stayed for one night. The room was small but not by London standards, I could at least access the bed from both sides. Bed was very comfortable and the room, at the back of the hotel, quiet until Heathrow airport opened at about 05.30. The shower was good, and the bathroom very clean. The TV appeared to have 815 channels...

We booked an executive room from this nice hotel. The staff was really friendly and the room was super nice. We booked room with continental breakfast and also the breakfast was nice and versatile. The only minuses are a bit small roomsize and the fire alarm that went off in the middle of the night.

This was my second stay at The Belgrave and another excellent experience. I had a signature room this time and it was gorgeous - spacious and light with everything you could need. As mentioned in my previous review (for an executive room) there were plenty of toiletries, towels, spare pillows, hair dryer and a well stocked tea tray. This room...

Stayed here for 2 nights with my son, so two rooms. We were on the ground floor which originally concerned me as my own room was on the roadside. The receptionist assured me there would be no noise from the room and offered to move me, as the ground floor room was larger I decided to risk it. She was...

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
